INSTEN SW038 Wireless Controller with Colorful Lights

Introduction

  1. This product is compatible with N-Switch and PC (Win7 or above).
  2. Function buttons correspond to N-Switch Pro function and supports Turbo/ Auto function.
  3. Product supports six-axis function for an enhanced game experience.
  4. Supports wake-up function and one-key connection.
  5. Ergonomically designed for both functionality and comfort.
  6. Programmable function to suit user’s preference. The normal function buttons or combination buttons can be set to S1-S4 programming buttons for ultimate convenience.

Connection Mode

N-Switch console wireless connection:

  1. Connecting to console for the first time: turn on the console, click the following selection on the main interface: Controller ➞ Change Grip/order, enter the console pairing mode interface by pressing L + R on the controller. Press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds to turn on the controller. 4 indicator lights will flash quickly to indicate it has entered pairing mode. After a successful pairing, a single light will remain on. Press “A” key to operate.
  2. Waking the controller: When the console is turned on, any key can wake the controller. Automatic connection will take place, then press “A” key to operate.
  3. Waking the console: If the console has gone into sleep mode, press the HOME button to wake the controller and console. Automatic connection will take place, then press “A” key to operate.

N-Switch console wired connection:

  1. Connect the controller to the console with a data cable then press the “A” key to operate.
  2. When connection is successful, an LED light will stay on.

Vibration Function

  1. “TURBO”+ “Left Joystick” upwards increases vibration frequency.
  2. “TURBO”+ “Left Joystick” downwards decreases vibration frequency.
  3. 4 vibration frequency levels: none, weak, medium, strong.
  4. When adjusting the vibration frequency, the motor will vibrate with the adjustment for about 3-5 seconds.

TURBO/AUTO Function

  1. Action buttons include (A/B/X/Y /L/ZL/R/ZR) 8 keys can be manually set to TURBO function.

  2. Setting method: Hold the action button and press TURBO button at the same time to turn on TURBO function. Repeat the same step to activate AUTO function.
    Finally, repeat the same step to turn off TURBO/ AUTO function.

  3. There are 3 frequency levels for TURBO/AUTO function. “TURBO”+ “Right Joystick” upwards increases frequency while “TURBO”+ “Right Joystick” downwards decreases the frequency (5x, 12x, 20x).

  4. “TURBO”+”-” clears all TURBO settings.

  5. Once the controller is disconnected from the console, all TURBO/ AUTO function will be cleared.

Programming Function

  1. S1/S2 is the programming button on the left/right of the controller, and the bottom is programming button S3/S4.
  2. Each programming button supports mapping a single action button or multiple buttons (such as A/B/X/Y /Ll/Rl/up/down/left/right).
  3. A single programming button allows to set the combination buttons for up to 10 buttons.
  4. The programming button has no TURBO function.
  5. The programming button has a memory function. Whether controller shuts down, restart, or go on sleep mode, it will remember the last program.

Programming method:

  1. Press and hold the”+” button and the programming key to be set at the same time to enter setting. Pairing LED indicators 1 #, 4# and 2#, 3# will flash alternately. Release the button to enter programming mode.
  2. Press one or more regular function buttons to be copied (such as pressing one of “A/B/X/Y /Ll/Rl/up/down/left/right, or multiple buttons to form a combination), press the corresponding programming button again to confirm and automatically exit. Programming setting is completed.
  3. After programming has completed, the programmed button has the same function as a single button or multiple buttons mapped.

Clearing Programmed Function:

  1. Press and hold “S3” + “S4” + “+” keys to reset programming settings.

Controller Charge/Sleep/Wake up/Off Function

  1. When the controller is off, the indicator lights will flash slowly while charging.
    Once the lights turn off, charging is completed. When charging while connected to the console, the indicator lights will flash slowly and remains on when fully charged.

  2. Sleep/wake-up function: if the controller is idle for 5 minutes, it will enter sleep mode. When you need to use it again, simply press the HOME button to wake the controller.

  3. When battery is low, the corresponding indicator light will flash quickly.

Notes

  1. Do not store product in places that are humid or has a high temperature.
  2. Do not knock, beat, puncture, or disassemble to prevent damage.
  3. Disassembling the product would forfeit any warranty or after-sales service.
