Attention and Safety Warnings
Attention: Please read the instruction carefully and put it in a convenient position. Please obey the following installations and operating attentions.
- The safety and operation description should be read carefully before operating and using the product. Please keep the instruction for the future using.
- All the warning signs in the Product Operation Guide should be followed.
- Please turn off the power and extract the plug when there is abnormal sound of smell in the panel, do not use it when it is confirmed to be abnormal, and call the product servicemen to maintain it.
- If the panel is not used for a long time, please turn off the power and extract the plug, the connection between the panel and antenna should be cut off in thunderstorm season.
- Please do not watch monitor on thunderstorm day, and unplug the power plug and antenna before the thunderstorm comes to prevent the thunder strike.
- Flammables and explosive like candle, electric furnace and bulb cannot be put on the panel or close to it, which can avoid the accident on the panel.
- Prevent the liquid and metal entering in the panel, do not use it when there is liquid or metal entering in the panel, and call the professionals to solve it timely.
- Do not use the chemical reagent to wipe the panel, which may make the shell spoil or damage the painted surface. Wipe it with the dried cloth ten minutes later from turning off the panel when there is dust or dirt on it. The display screen can be wiped by clean mull. Unplug the panel plug from the wall mounted power outlet before the cleaning. Do not use the liquid detergent or spray detergent.
- Look out water and humility. Do not use the panel in where there is water or is close to water. Such as: bathroom, washstand, kitchen, water channel, washtub, and places nearby the humid basement or swimming pool, etc.
- The panel shouldn’t be suffered from water drop or water spatter, and the materials like vases which are full of water cannot be put on the panel.
- The plug should be easy to insert, extract and is earth-connected. The product can be equipped with apolarized multi-finger AC plug (the plug has two multi-fingers in different width, and the plug can be inserted in the power outlet in one direction, which is another safety feature of the plug). Try it in another direction if you cannot insert the plug into the outlet. Connect the electrician to change the outlet if you still cannot insert it in, please do not damage the safety features of the polarize plug. Additional warning: the product is equipped with a three-wire earth connection plug which possesses an earth connection pin, and can only inset in the earth-connected power outlet.
- Do not put the panel on the unstable trolley, frame, bracket or desk, and otherwise it may make the panel turnover. Move it carefully when putting the product on the trolley. Sudden stop in a high speed, too much strength or rough surface may cause the turnover of trolley and the panel.
- The channel and hole on the equipment is for ventilating, which can ensure the panel operate reliably and prevent the overheating. Do not cover papers, tablecloth or curtains on the ventilating hole which may disturb the ventilating. Ensure there is space around the panel for the adequate ventilating.
- The panel can be supplied with power type and power voltage specified on the label. Please contact the product agency or local power supply company if you are not sure the power type and voltage of your family.
- The power cable in the accessories of monitor is CCC-ALL (with earth protection), ensure the earth terminal of the wall outlet is well when installing it. The power wiring shouldn’t occupy the access to avoid treading, and should keep away from the place may make it pressed by other materials.
- Do not put any type sundries in the panel through any hole, and otherwise they may touch the dangerous voltage point or extruding part, and cause the fire or thunder strike.
- Do not repair the panel arbitrarily. Open or take apart the cover arbitrarily may make you face dangerous voltage or other risks. Please contact the servicemen to solve it if there is any maintenance matter.
- Follow the operation instructions provided by the manufacturer when installing the panel, and use the installation fittings commanded by the manufacturer.
- The wall installation (if there was) of the panel is only applied to normal concrete wall, solid wall and wooden wall which can bear the 4 times weight of the panel, for the hanging and lifting on special walls (means the steel structure wall, hollow structure wall and walls in glass and marble materials, etc.), the manufacturer suggest you to consider the safety of hanging or lifting, and operate it after ensuring there is no error. Installation on those types of special materials should be finished by the professionals, and the manufacturer has no duty on this type of installation.
- The back nameplate with plaint mains that: if the important safe components (components on the circuit board with this symbol on the side) needed to be changed during the repairing, the components specified in the safety test files can be used only, and the it can be gained from the manufacturer if there is no same component.
- The protective grounding of output outlet and touchable electric conduction components should be connected reliably with the protective earth terminal in the equipment.

Mounting Instruction
Loading Bearing
The user could install the panel on the wall or mobile stand according to their own needs.
When using mobile stand installation, please choose the one from the manufacture (Optional accessories). If you purchase yourself, be sure the stand could bear at least the 4 times weight of the panel and put it stability.
When using a wall-mounted installation, the mounting surface should be sturdy and strong enough to carry, and should not be less than 4 times the actual weight of the panel. When the installation surface is a wall or a roof of a building, it must be solid brick, concrete or an installation surface equivalent to its strength. If the installation surface is a loose material installation surface (such as old-style house brick, wood, solid brick, etc.), and metal, non-metallic structure, or the installation surface decoration layer is too thick, its strength is obviously insufficient, it should take appropriate reinforcement And support measures to prevent potential safety hazards.

Remote Control Instruction
Basic Operations
Turn on the panel
Step 1: Use 100V-240V 50/60Hz AC as the panel power supply. The power plug is
fully plugged in and the outlet ground wire is well connected.
The type of power cord supplied may differ from that illustrated depending
on your region of purchase.
Step 2: Turn on the Rocker switch (back side of the panel, next to power
outlet). Enter standby state, the power indicator turns to red color.
Step 3: Press the “Power” button on the front panel or the remote control
standby button to turn on the panel. The OPS (built-in computer) will be
turned on together. The power indicator will be blue after turning on.
Turn off the panel
Step 1: Press the PC power to turn of the OPS in advance.
Step 2: Press the “Power” button on the front panel or the remote control
standby button to turn off the panel. The power indicator will be red after
turning off.
Step 3: Turn off the Rocker switch or plug off the power cable.
Notices:
⦿ Be sure to turn off the PC power before turning off the power, otherwise it
may damage the panel.
⦿ Be sure to turn off the Rocker switch or unplug the power cable, otherwise
it may damagethe panel.
- Do not switch the machine on and off in a short time, otherwise it may damage the panel.
- OPS installation
Step 1: Plug the OPS PC into the OPS interface of the panel;
Step 2: Screw the two screws on the OPS to fix it.
Notice: The OPS computer does not support hot plugging.
Be sure to turn off the panel before plugging it in or out.
Basic Operations
Home Page
Turn on the panel and enter the panel to Android Homepage by default. The home page has some main menus like Media Class, WhiteBoard, All Application, Browser and Setting. Click “Home ” from remote control or click from shortcut menu to enter homepage again.
Shortcut
Click and slide from left and right of the screen to call out the shortcut
menu. There are “Back, Home, Task, Annotation, Input, Voice” for the users
to operate.
Back: Click it to back to the last interface;
Home: Click it to back to the main interface;
Task: Click it to enter in the task management interface;
Input: Click it to enter in the connection interface;
Voice+, Voice-: Click them to adjust the voice;
All applications
Click All Apps icon, the menu includes browser, local video and other download
application. Click the icon you want to use the application software.
Setting
To set the Network, Applications and other General settings.
