Important Information
A WARNING
- Please use the device when the pet is under control in a safe area.
- Do not use it on aggressive dogs.
- The device is used for healthy dogs only.
- 1t should be worn for less than 12 hours every day. Please take the collar off every 2 hours if conditions permit.
- Please do not tie the leash to the receiving collar.
- If your dogs are allergic to the contact point of the collar or feel uncomfortable wearing a collar, please stop using it and consult a veterinarian.
- This product is only suitable for training, and remember that animal cruelty is prohibited.

Main Features
- Three training modes: vibration, sound, and electric shock.
- The remote control distance range is 2000FT (the maximum effective range of barrier-free area).
- A remote controller can control up to 3 receiving collars
- The adjustable gears of electric shock strength are 0-18, and the adjustable gears of vibration strength are 1-8.
- A dual battery power display. The remote controller can remotely receive and display the battery power of the collar.
- The key lock function of the remote controller is to prevent the key from triggering by mistake when it is put into the pocket.

Guide to Use
Charge the remote control and collar

When the remote controller is charged, the scrollbar displays. When the battery is full, the scrollbar stops.

When the receiving collar is charged, the red light is on, and the green light is on when the battery is full.

•Pull the lock key, and the lock icon will be displayed. Press any key and the
icon will flash, but the key will not work.
•Pull off the unlock key.

For the receiving collar channel, start-up to display the channel used last
time, and click to cyclically select 3 channels.

Press +/- key directly to adjust the shock strength, with shock output of 1-18
levels. The default setting is 0 level without shock output.

once, “ “icon flashes press “ key to adjust the vibration level, with the
vibration level of1-8 gear and the default setting is 5 level.

Click it “ “, the blue light on the top of the remote controller and the blue
light on the receiving collar flicker synchronously, press it again briefly
and turn off the blue light at the same time. It can also be used for channel
signal tests.

- Click it “ “, the receiver horn beeps, and press and hold the key for a long time to make a beep.
- Click it “ “, the receiver vibrates for 1s, press and hold the key for a long time, and then stop after vibrating for 10 seconds. It needs to be loosened and pressed again before restarting.
- Click it” “, the electrostatic column of the receiver will discharge once according to the set level, and it will automatically stop after pressing and holding the key for 3 times at intervals. You need to release and press Restart to protect your dog from excessive electrostatic stimulation.
Receiving collar
- USB is used for charging at the receiving end. When charging, the red light is on, and when full, the green light is on.
- The green light will flash once every 5 seconds in the startup state, and the red light will be on when electric shock occurs, and the green light will be on when vibration or sound occurs.
- Anti-loss mode: Click the anti-loss lamp on the remote controller, and the blue light of the receiving collar flashes. Click the anti-loss lamp key again, and the blue light turns off.
CAUTION
How to find the most suitable shock level
Very important: Start with shock level 1 and choose the shock level that
best suits your dog.
- Check that the tightness of the receiving collar is appropriate, and the two contact points will contact the dog’s skin at the same time.
- Starting from electrostatic level 1, press the electrostatic key to see the dog’s reaction.
- Adjust up through electrostatic level until your pet has a reliable response to electrostatic stimulation.
- If your dog is still unresponsive above level 12, please replace the longer contact point or trim the overly thick hair around the contact point.

How to Use the Electrostatic Lamp TEST Tool
- Ensure that the remote controller is connected with the receiving collar, and the static electricity level is above Grade 1.
- Press the TEST lamp on the contact point as shown.
- Press the electrostatic key, and the TEST lamp will light up.

Please use the device in a safe area and quiet environment.

Please cooperate with oral language and gesture prompts during training.

Please comfort your pet when it is uncomfortable during training and praise and affirm him when it behaves well.

Please use vibration mode for training first, and electrostatic stimulation is used only when the vibration effect is not enough.

The training time should not be too long. Please carefully control the times of electrostatic stimulation. If the pet feels uncomfortable, please stop using it.
Pairing The product has been paired, so users can skip this step directly. If you need to repair, please follow the operation as below.
Ensure that the receiver is turned off, press and hold the receiver power switch for 6 seconds, and the blue indicator light of the receiver flashes to enter the pairing state.
When the remote controller is turned on, press” ” to select the channel to be paired, click the “ key once, the receiver will have a beep to confirm, and the blue light will go out at the same time It indicates that the pairing is successful, and the pairing status can be checked by pressing the horn or vibrate key.
Add multiple receivers
The product has been paired, so users can skip this step directly. If you need to repair, please follow the operation as below.

Q Is the static stimulation safe for my pet?
A While the stimulation is unpleasant, it is harmless to your pet.
Q Why doesn’t the pet respond when operating the remote control?
**A**There may be two reasons. First, beep and vibration are not enough to
stimulate the pet; second, the collar is loose, and the webbing needs to be
tightened to make the contacts touch the skin.
Q Once my pet is trained and has been obeying my commands, will he have to
continue to wear the training collar?
**A** Probably not. They may need to wear the training collar from time
to time for reinforcement.
Q Why do many similar products cause more serious sores on the dog’s
neck?
**A**This phenomenon is not caused by Shock current, but a kind of
“pressure necrosis”. The reason is that wearing the collar for a long time or
even using the receiver collar as a matching collar, causes the receiver
probes to compress or wear the skin for a long time, eventually leading to a
severe sore. Please follow the wearing time requirements of the instructions
and other related warnings.
Simple troubleshooting
- It cannot be switched on. Please check whether the battery is dead and try again after charging.
- The receiver collar is not controlled. Please check whether the CH channel of the remote controller corresponds to the receiver collar.
- If the remote controller and receiving collar can be turned on normally and no problem can be found, please refer to the pairing instructions for repairing.
- The key of the remote controller does not work. Please check whether the key lock switch is locked.
- The remote controller is reset, all operations of the device have no response, and the display has not changed. Please press” ” and hold the anti-loss lamp key for more than 8 seconds until the display flashes, indicating that the system reset is successful, please re-TEST.
