When powering on the toothbrush for the first time, it will automatically
search the device under the network, the indicator light flashes quickly to
indicate the network is being configured. Turn on the phone
APP and Bluetooth to search for and connect to this toothbrush device. After
connecting to the toothbrush, select the corresponding WIFI and enter the
password. Try to place the phone near to the toothbrush during pairing. After
successful pairing, the toothbrush will an automatic will exit pairing mode
then the indicator light is always on.
If failed pairing within lmin, the toothbrush will automatically exit pairing
mode.
Device reset
Long press the button for 5 seconds under Power-on conditions. the
toothbrush will clear all network data. The indicator light will turn red-
green-blue cyclically to complete the reset.
APP Unbind
Click the unbind button in the APP then confirm to complete the unbind.

Why can’t power on the toothbrush?
Check if the toothbrush is fully charged. Fully charge the toothbrush before trying again. -
Why can’t change the mode?
The mode has been locked in the APP, please unlock it first. Or long-press the button for 5 seconds to reset the device to its initial state. -
Why is the vibration weakened and there is a short pause during the brushing process? This toothbrush is equipped with over-pressure protection. When the pressure is too high, the motor output strength is automatically reduced to protect the teeth, so the vibration is weakened accordingly. And the toothbrush will shortly pause twice to remind the kids. It will turn normal after the pressure is restored.
Press the on/off button to power on. Press the button continuously to switch the brushing mode.
- After switching all modes in sequence once, press the button again to power off.
- Once a mode is selected for 5 seconds, press the button again to power off.
- Automatic power off in 2 minutes.
Power on the electric toothbrush, if the indicator light flashes (with
vibration) 3 times, it means that you need to charge your toothbrush. Please
make sure the toothbrush handle and charging base is clean and dry, then set
the toothbrush into the charging base to the power supply.
This toothbrush is equipped with over-pressure protection. When the pressure
is too high, the indicator light flashes (with vibration) twice, then the
motor output strength is automatically reduced to protect the teeth, and it
will turn to normal after the pressure is restored.
- Before discarding the toothbrush, the battery must be removed;
- The battery must be removed in a power-off condition;
- The battery should be disposed of safely;
- Disassembly must be done by professionals only.
Steps of battery removal:
- Remove the bottom cover;
- Remove the movement support assembly from the body shell;
- Heat the battery pins with electric ferrochrome to remove the battery.
- Wash the brush head and bristles after using them and let them dry naturally.
- Please do not pull on the bristles, otherwise, it will be easily deformed which may lead to falling off
- Dorset,a center handle of the toothbrush in water for along bine.
- Do not clean the toothbrush using water higher than 40°C
- Before cleaning the charging base and plug, be sure to unplug the power plug from the socket first to prevent electric shock, and use a soft and dry cloth for cleaning to avoid short circuits
- Recommended to replace the brush head every 3 months.
- For the first use, please use up the remaining battery before recharging.
- If not use the toothbrush for over 6 months, please charge it for 3–5 hours before using it again.
- During use, if the charging indicator flashes for a few seconds and then stops, it means a low battery.
- Place the toothbrush handle to the charging base and confirm the charger is plugged in.
- The indicator flashes slowly when charging and stays solid when fully charged. If it’s not charged over 6 months, the indicator won’t flash until recharging for b-1U minutes.
