Charging Case Information

  • Charging Case Battery Status LED
  • green – fully charged
  • blue – charging
  • red – low battery
  • off – not charging
  • Hearing Aid Battery Status LED
  • green – fully charged
  • blue – charging
  • flashing red – not inserted correctly
  • off – not charging
  • Special Note: When the Hearing aid is in the charger it will enter the low-power “deep sleep” mode.

Volume Dial

  • rotate up – increase the volume until max is hit
  •  rotate down – decrease volume until min is hit

Program Button

  • Press once to change to the next program
  • when the max program is hit next button press rolls over to the first program

Special Switch Combinations

  • press Program Button for 5s to enter the low-power “deep sleep” mode
  • press & hold Program Button while rotating the Volume Dial down 10 times to initiate a hardware reset
