Button Description

Recording Function

Recording
Push the switch button to the REC position, the red light will flash a few times and go out, and then it will enter the recording state.

Save
Push the switch button to the PLAY or OFF position both can save the recording.

Note
When you are recording, please don’t connect to the PC, otherwise the files being recorded will be lost.

Play Function

Play

Plug in the headphones, push the button to the PLAY position, and then start playing music/recording.
Short press the button to switch between music / recording playback modes.

Pause **

Press the and buttons at the same time to pause the play ( flashing purple light ), then press the button twice to resume the play.

Track switching

In the playing state, press the button to play the next song.

Volume adjustment

In the playing state, long press the or button to Increase or decrease the volume.

Fast forward and fast rewind

Plug in the headphones, push the switch button to PLAY position. Immediately press and hold the button until you hear the sound, then release it.
At this time, long press the button is fast forward, long press button is fast rewind.

If you want to use this feature, please set it once after each reboot of the device.）

Delete File

In the playing state, Pause first, and then long press the button to delete the currently playing file (blue light quickly flashes).
Long press the and button at the same time to delete all files (red light flashing quickly).

Note: All recordings will be deleted in the playing recording state, and all music will be deleted in the playing music state.

Time Setting

First connect the device to your PC, and then open the VOICE disk. You will see a folder named .< Time synchronization tool >
Copy the folder to the desktop, open the folder, double click , and the Picture 1 below will appear.
Please check if the PC’s time is accurate, click ，as shown in the Picture 2, time synchronization is completed.

*Note: if you need to format the device, please backup this folder to prevent software loss.

Voice Activated Recording

Don’t plug in the headset, push the switch to the REC position, the red light is on.
Then long press the key, wait for the red light to blink several times and then release the hand.
At this time, the voice activated recording function will be turned on.

If you want to use this feature, please set it once after each reboot of the device.）

Note: The Voice activated recording may miss subtle sounds, so it isn’t recommended for important occasions.

Recording while charging
Connect the charger or PC through the data cable When the r ed flash or blue light is on all the time, push the switch button to REC position.
Immediately press and hold the button, and wait until the light goes out and release it. At this time, the device can recording while charging.

Detect Recording Status

In the recording state, long press the button, the red light flashes a few times, Indicates that the device is working

Listening While Recording

Without headphones, Press the and buttons at the same time and push the switch button to the REC position, until the light goes out and then let go, it will enter the recording state.
Plug in the headphones, you can record and listen at the same time.

Q&A

Q1:How to get clear recording?

1. Please put the device smoothly and avoid friction with your hands, clothes and other objects. 2. Stay away from noise sources (e.g. air conditioning, typing, scratching, friction, etc.)

Q2:What causes the recording to pause or interrupt?

1. Connecting any device (headphones, computer, etc.) to this device while recording will cause the recording to be interrupted. 2. Please do not connect the charger while recording. If you need to record while charging, please refer to page 9 for setting.

Q3: Why is the indicator light doesn't respond or is always lit?

1.Please back up important files first, then restore the factory settings. 2.After connecting to the computer, click on My Computer, find the VOICE disk, right click the mouse, select Format, and then select Quick Format. This will allow you to complete the factory reset and most of the faults can be eliminated

Because the Windows computer's own player does not support the playback of wav format audio.

Q5: Unable to connect to my computer?

1.Please turn it off first. Check that the plug is fully plugged into the device,When connecting the computer, please place it smoothly, do not press any buttons, please wait 10 seconds +. 2.If it still doesn't connect, change the port or try the computer again a few times. 3.You can contact after-sales upgrade or after-sales service.

No, there is no indicator light during recording, but there is an indicator light for a few seconds when recording is on and off.

Precautions
