Introduction
The MT-200X is simple to use and made with the parolee, field workers, security guards, elderly, lone workers, and pet in mind. The tracker can determine its location using GPS (Global Positioning System) and relay location information to your smartphone through a map. In order to allow you to track the tracker’s location, it will also send position data to an internet server through GPRS at the same time.
HOW IT WORKS

Yes the unit comes with a special key that unlocks the device. My suggestion to you is to buy a small safe (Walmart) to place the key in it to keep the key safe. My son is autistic also and can think his way through anything but this device. I also suggest getting ADT house alarm. We have it on our doors and windows. Yes there is a monthly fee of 20 a month for the device and 60 a month fee for ADT. The safe at Walmart was about 45 dollars.
When an alarm is triggered, does the device make a sound or vibrate?****
The default setting is to vibrate but no sound. It can be set to emit sound.
What is the battery life? How quickly does it recharge?****
How long the battery lasts depends on how often it is set to report. Typically it can last 1-2 days for 1-2 minute reporting. Charging time is ~4 hours to full charge.
Does it lock?****
Yes, the strap will lock into the buckle and you will need a key tool (provided) to unbuckle. It will send you an alert when you buckle and unbuckle the strap.
Does this come with SIM card?****
Yes, when we ship the SIM card already installed. However, you will need to purchase tracking service from our website to activate the SIM and start the tracking service.

Yes, the strap/belt has buckle that locks and requires tool to release. An alert will be sent to email and/or SMS when the belt is unlocked/released or cut. There’re service plan w/ various options. Yes, it works in West Africa. You would need to let us know which countries so we can ship the correct device that works w/ the frequency bands supported in those countries. The device listed here works in North America and countries that support the same 4G frequency bands.
