POWER ON/OFF

METHOD 1
I ake the earpods out of the charging case to turn them on automatically. Red & Blue Lights (2) will start flashing alternately. Put the earpods back into the charging case to power them off.

METHOD 2
To power your Velocity Pods ON, press & hold the Multi-function Button (1) for 2 seconds. Red & Blue Lights (2) will start flashing alternately. Your Velocity Pods are now powered on.
To power your Velocity Pods OFF, long press the Multi-function Button(1) for 5 seconds. The Red Light(2) will stay on for 2 seconds. Your Velocity Pods are now powered off. 14.4

BLUETOOTH® PAIRING

We recommend fully charging the Velocity Pods before first use. To do so, place them into their charging case.

  1. Your Velocity Pods will enter the pairing mode in 2 seconds & connect automatically when taken out of the charging case.
  2. Once the Velocity Pods are paired to each other, press & hold the Multi-function Button(1) for 5 seconds to initiate pairing to your mobile device.
  3. Navigate to Bluetooth° setting on your mobile device.
  4. Turn Bluetoothe On and select “POM Gear Velocity Pods” from the list of available devices. When paired, the LED lights(2) on the Velocity Pods will turn off.
  5. You can now use the Velocity Pods to listen to music or take calls.

Once you’ve paired the Velocity Pods to your device for the first time, you no longer need to pair at all. The Velocity Pods should Auto-Pair to each other and to your device whenever removed from their charging case and powered on. Make sure your Bluetooth’ is turned on and follow instructions below:

  1. Remove the Velocity Pods from their charging case.
  2. Press & hold the Multi-function Button (1) on both Pods for 2 seconds to Power On the Velocity Pods and Pair to each other.
  3. The Velocity Pods should automatically pair to your device.
  4. You can now use the Velocity Pods to listen to music and make phone calls.

If this does not work, make sure your Bluetooth® on your device is turned ON and in discoverable mode (not connected to another device). Power off the Velocity Pods and start from Step 1.

If you are still experiencing issues pairing please reach out to our customer support department for assistance.

VOLUME CONTROL

While listening, tap the Multi-function Button(1) on the Right Earpod 3 times to increase volume. Tap the Multi-function Button(1) on the Left Earpod 3 times to decrease volume.

MUSIC CONTROL

While listening, tap the Multi-function Button(1) once to Pause. Tap it again once to resume playback. Tap the Multi-function Button(1) on the Right Earpod twice skip to the next song. Tap the Multi-function Button(1) on the Left Earpod twice to return to the previous song.

PHONE CALLS

To accept an incoming call or end a phone call short press the Multi-function Button(1) once. To reject a call press and hold the Multi-function Button(1) down. To redial long press the Multi-function Button(1). On phone calls both earpods microphones will operate.

CHARGING

The Velocity Pods can recharge once inside their charging case. While charging, the white light(2) will stay on. When fully charged, the light(2) will turn off.
After recharging the pods a few times, the charging case will need to be recharged. To recharge the carrying case, plug the included Type-C USB Cable into the Type-C Charging Port (5) on the front of the unit. When the case is charging the LED indicator light with flash Red. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.

Hey GOOGLE & SIRI®

Long press Right Earpod for 2 seconds and release to enter Smart Voice.

If you have the Google Assistant app running on your mobile device, you can say “Hey Google” to begin commanding the Google Assistant.

 With your iOS device connected to the Velocity Pods you can say “Hey Sid” to open Side on your device.

If the Velocity Pods do not respond to voice prompt, double check that your device is correctly connected to the Velocity Pods via Bluetooth®.

  • Do not disassemble or attempt to modify or replace any part of this unit.
  • Do not expose unit to moisture, snow or submerge it in 9 liquid.
  • Do not use unit in the vicinity of flammable fumes or gases (such as propane tanks or large engines).
  • Do not attempt to operate unit using any other method than directed.
