Press the MENU button( ) on the remote control to enter the program setting mode

Paring: Press the MENU button on the remote control to enter the program setting mode

  1. “keypad ID”: Enter the number on the keyboard that you want to pair, then press CALL to confirm.
  2.  “window name”: It could be set by entering any of the LETTERS on the keyboard
  3. After entering the LETTERS, using remote control to click SAVE on the screen to complete the paring setting.

Code Setting

Deleting: If you need to delete any paired ID, using the remote control to select the corresponding ID and click OK button, there will be pop up the “Confirm Deletion?” on the screen, then press OK to confirm.

Note: If you need more than one keyboard transmitters work together with the system, you need to pair the keyboard transmitter one by one instead of pairing them at the same time. Also you need to make sure the keyboard ID number displayed on the screen is the one keyboard that you are pairing currently.

Press the MENU button on the remote control to enter the System Setting mode, and select the Internet.

  1. Select the WLAN to refresh the available Network list
  2. Select the Network that you need to join, press OK button on the remote control, then enter the correct password of the Network and select Join to be done.

Wired Network

  1. Connect one end of the network cable to the Ethernet interface of the box
  2. Select Wired Network option, the system will obtain the IP and then connect to the Network automatically.

  1. Model: Select the scene mode that comes with the system. If you need to customize it, please refer to “Custom Ads”.
  2. Auto clear: The time to auto clear the call information on the display.
  3. Loop display: The time of the call information cycle display
  4. Advertisement: Videos or images switching interval time
  5. Switch times: The time set for the calling interface to switch back to the main interface
  6. Speak times: Repeat prompt times for one call

  1. Select the Text Box to enter Edit Mode

  2. Enter the scene description that you need. The Call Number and Window Name must be replaced by three capital letters “XXX”. e.g.
    XXX please go to XXX take the meal”

  3. Select “Save” option after input

  4. Enter the “Basic Settings” and select the custom scene mode in “Mode Selection”.

  • ad.txt: Subtitle File that scrolls subtitles at the bottom of the display.
  • logo.png: Merchant LOGO (the merchant LOGO is shown in the upper left corner of the main interface, you could replace the original file with your own LOGO. It is PNG format, the ratio of width to height is recommended to be 5: 1 and do not use the LOGO in black color.)

NOTE:

  • Do not change the file names are listed in red. Otherwise, the system cannot recognize them normally. Please follow the naming convention when creating or replacing these files.
  • You can customize video, music, MV and picture’s name. The system does not support the video in MKV and FLV format.
  • All files must be placed in the “TM100” folder, and put the “TM100” folder in the root directory of the removable disk.
  • If both “logo.png” and “logo.jpg” files are included, the system will display “logo.png” by default.

Call volume setting: Select the Prompt Volume Setting option, click OK button to enter the setting mode, set the volume up or down by pressing the Forwardand ( ) and Backward( ) buttons. Click Exit to return after selecting.

Video volume setting: Select the Video Volume Setting option, click OK button to enter the setting mode, set the volume up or down by pressing the Forward and Backward buttons. Click Exit to return after selecting.

  • Screen Zoom
    You can freely select the screen to zoom in or out to adjust the program window size

  • Display
    The default set is never turn off the display. The display will be turned off for a limited time if you turn on this function. ((Not recommended)

System Update

  1. Insert U-disk→Press MENU button to enter Program Setting→Select System Setting→Device (Application)→System Application (File manager)→Mobile Storage→Press OK to enter the document list.
  2. Select a program APP with an extension ending in “.APK”, click OK to install.
  3. Select the “Install” option to confirm the upgrade. The program will automatically restart after the upgrade. Do not remove the storage device and cut off the power during the upgrade.
