HOW TO INSERT BATTERIES

INSERTING THE BATTERIES:

Turn the scale over and place it on a flat surface.
Open the battery cover and insert four AAA batteries.
Make sure the positive and negative ends are facing the correct polarity directions marked in the battery compartment.
Close the battery cover and wait until the digits “0.0” are shown on the LED display.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
In the event that the scale batteries need to be replaced (display shows “Lo”), remove the battery cover. Replace the old batteries with 4 new AAA alkaline batteries. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity, and the supply terminals are not to be short- circuited, then replace the battery cover again. Remove used batteries promptly. Dispose of the old batteries as per legal regulations. Do not attempt to open the scale or to remove any components. Servicing should be done by qualified technicians only.

HOW TO WEIGH ON SCALE

  • Make sure you stand bare, clean, and dry feet. Place one foot on the device and remove it when the display turns on.
  • The device cannot measure body fat percentage if you wearing shoes and socks
  • Stand up straight on the device to begin measurement When the weight reading stops changing, it will blink three times and then stay on the display.

Note: Please keep the scale on a hard surface for accurate readings.

NOTIFICATION ON SCALE ALONG WITH THE SYMBOLS

No user information is issued, and no user is identified ( Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, use the mobile APP to establish a connection with the scale, and then measure again).
Multiple users identified in offline testing ( During the offline test, the scale recognizes multiple users by weight, and cannot recognize a specific user parameter. Please connect to APP directly for the online test )

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Care and Maintenance:
Please clean the surface of the scale with a damp cloth. Don’t use any detergent or cleansers to clean the device. Scale is not recommended for the following groups:

  1. Underage minors
  2. Pregnant women
  3. Patient wearing pacemaker or any other internal medical devices
