User Manual
1. Power the wireless charger
- Connecting the wireless charging pad to power adapter via included USB-C cable.
- Connected to power, the indicator flashing green twice, then off.
2. Power your mobile phone
- Put your mobile phone on the wireless charging area of the charging pad.
- Normal charging, the indicator is solid green.
- Abnormal charging, the indicator continuously flashes green.
Solutions of Abnormal Charging
- Make sure your mobile phone supports wireless charging.
- Check if the charging pad is being put on a flat surface.
- Check if your mobile phone stays correctly in the wireless charging area of the charger pad.
- Most non-metal phone cases less than 4mm thick are available, and make sure there is no metal material included in the case.
- The charging pad will auto-recognize any metal object on the charging pad and stop charging automatically.
- Remove the object that can resume charging.
- When the wireless charging pad is overheating, it will enter trickle charge mode, representing a low current charge to your phone. It is recommended to power it off and try it again while the charger return to normal temperature.

Why Do Your Phone and the Wireless Charging Pad Get Hot During Charging?
Some energy of electromagnetic induction will convert to heating during the
charging and keep your phone and the charging pad warm, this is considered
normal.
Suggestions:
- Stop charging the device when it is fully charged, so as to avoid constantly overheating by long-time continuous charging.
- Turn off the background apps of your phone while charging.
Notes
- To acquire a better experience, we strongly recommend you to use UGREEN charging cable and charging adapter.
- Do not put such magnetic objects as metal, magnetic strip cards beside the center of the wireless charger to avoid abnormal charging or product damage.
- Keep it dry, do not expose it to water or liquid.
- Do not place heavy objects on the product.
- Do not operate the product in environments of high temperature, humidity, or high magnetic fields.
- Do not strike, throw or vibrate the product. The improper behaviors will damage the interior circuit board.
- Do not clean the product with harsh chemicals or strong detergents.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Dispose of the product according to the local regulation for preserving the ecological environment.
