Installation instructions:

  1. Installation and disassembly of battery cover: press the concave point on the back of the battery cover, gently press It and push it down, and then the battery cover can be removed (see Figure 1).
  2. Battery Installation: four 1.5V AAA batteries are used In this Interphone for power supply. Alkaline batteries are recommended. The batteries must be put in successively according to correct positive and negative directions, and cannot be installed upside down. If the interphone will be out of use for more than 24 hours, be sure to take out the batteries to avoid power loss. (See Figure 2)
  3. Installation and disassembly of belt clip: The belt clip of this Interphone has been installed completely while leaving the factory, if you need to take off the belt clip, grasp the elastic buckle at the top of the belt clip, and push upward the belt clip at the same time, and then you can take out the belt dip. If you need to install the belt clip, align it directly to the slot, push it down to the end, and then it can be installed (see Figure 3).
  4. Installation of strap: Thread the strap through the circular hole at the top of the belt clip, and then hang it on (see Figure 4).

The information displayed on LCD: the display interface distinguishes function statuses with numbers, English, and symbols while each function operates.

Hands-free call is on, and the hands-free sensitivity can be adjusted to Level 3.
Ringtone selection setting: 10 sets of ringtones can be selected
Button tone-setting selection: ON=on, OF= off.
When PTT intercom key prompt tone is selected, it shows; ON=on, OF=off

Operating instructions:

  1. Interphone startup: the interphone will start up automatically when it is installed with batteries for the first time. Under normal shutoff conditions, keep pressing the startup button, the interphone will beep once in 3 seconds and start-up, and the LCD will be on.

  2. Interphone shutoff: keep pressing the startup button for 3 seconds until the Interphone beeps once and the display interface disappears.

  3. Volume adjustment: press the UP button to turn up the volume, press the DOWN button to turn down the volume, the volume can be adjusted to Level 7, and the screen icon displays.

  4. Launch: keep pressing the PTT button on the left side while launching dialog, and speak towards the microphone position (keep Scm away). The other side can receive and hear the voice messages sent, and release the button after sending out the voice messages. The interphone will enter answer mode. (You can also choose voice trigger hands-free mode to launch dialogs) Notice: when two or more parties are calling, they must choose the same channel and infra-acoustic frequency, otherwise they cannot talk, please remember this

  5. Receiving: when the interphone is on, confirm the setting of the channel and infra-acoustic frequency is consistent with that of the other side. When the PTT button is confirmed released, and the interphone is not in launch or call mode, it’s in the receiving state and can listen to the voice sent by the other side.

  6. Function menu: when the interphone is on, gently press this button for the first time to enter the channel setting mode (UP and DOWN buttons can be used to choose frequency band), gently press this button for the second time to enter the infra-acoustic frequency setting mode (UP and DOWN buttons can be used to choose the infra-acoustic frequency), gently press this button for the third time to enter hands-free call mode selection (UP and DOWN buttons can be used to turn on and turn off this function), gently press this button for the fourth time to enter ringtone selection mode (UP and DOWN buttons can be used to choose ringtone effect), gently press this button for the fifth time to enter button tone elimination mode (UP and DOWN buttons can be used to choose to turn on or turn off button tone). Gently press this button for the sixth time to enter tone for the PTT button.
    After each function is set, press the PTT button on the left to confirm and save setting Operate according to the steps above in order.

  7. Menu locking function: where the interphone is or, keen •essirg this button for 3 seconds, the interphone will keep once ard then enters into menu locking function (locking symbol appears on the screen), this can ensure that the frequency bard and function set before we not be operated or triggered incorrectly. In this state, the menu button is out of operation. Vunlocking the merit., keep pressing this Dutton for 3 seconds, the Hte•phore will beep once and unlock (the locking symbol on the screen disappears). suggestion: try to loc< the menu button ‘nregL ar use to avo d false triggering, which may change the frequency or Irfra-acoustic -frequency and make two or more parties can’t talk.

  8. Channel selection: this interpione has frequency band selection turctior (J_ 22 t-frequency bards, and CE S frequency bands); if changing channels, gert y press the menu button once, the channel number on the LCD will flash at tie moment, press LP or DOWN button to choose a required channel, and then press the PTT Dutton or the eft to confirm, and rettm to norms display status at the same time. If the operation is not confirmed afte• flashing for 10 seconds, the interphone will automatically save the charge data set. Notice: both parties must choose the same frequency band and infra-acoustic frequency for intercom calls!

  9. Infra-acoustic frequency selection: this ‘interphone can set 1-99 sets o4 inf-a-acoustic frequency, press menu button twice, the infra-acoustic frequency num oe• at the top right corner of LCD flashes, press UP or DOWN to choose required infra-acoustic frequency, and press PIT button on the left side to confirm.   10. Hands-free voice control intercom selection: press menu button three times, LCD displays VOX and voice control sensitivity level (OF 01, 02, 03), OFF means the voice control doesn’t work. 1, 2, and 3 represent the sensitivity level of voice control; required sensitivity can be selected by pressing UP and DOWN batons, and then pressing the PTT button on the left side to confirm. The voice control transmitting sensitivity of Level 3 is the highest, and corresponding sensitivity can be selected according to the environment.

  11. Ringtone selection: this interphone can set 10 different ringtones, if you need to set ringtones, press the menu button four times, and the screen will flash the CA symbol and rIngtone code (1-10). At this time, press the UP or DOWN button to choose and adjust the ringtones needed, and then press the PTT button on the left to confirm. The display returns to normal status.

  12. Channel scan function: keep pressing the channel scan button for 3 seconds, the interphone will beep once and enter channel scan status (SCAN symbol will appear at the upper left corner of the LCD), channel number starts flashing, this interphone will scan channels in order and stop automatically until selecting an effective channel being talked currently, the selected effective channel can receive voice signals from the other side at the moment; if available frequency band is not found, press PTT button on the left side to quit and leave from scan status.

  13. Monitoring function: this function can be used to monitor weak signals around, just keep pressing the VON button to monitor. When the channel of the monitor is on the same channel as the other monitored machines, press and hold the MON button to listen to the intercom of other machines.

  14. Lighting function: the top of the interphone body includes an LED white-light illumination function, press the LAMA button once when the interphone is on, the flashlight starts lighting; if you need to shut down the flashlight, press the LAMP button again to shut down the flashlight.

  15. Battery indication: battery capacity indication reminder is displayed on the lower left of LCD according to the capacity of batteries, when the battery symbol flashes, it means the battery capacity is low, and batteries must be replaced to avoid affecting the normal use of the interphone.

  16. Call function: this function is used to notify the interphone operators at the same frequency band to talk to each other after getting the notification ringtone, but the premise is the interphones must use the same channel and infra-acoustic frequency within effective range. Gently press the call button once, both this interface and the interphone of the other side will make rIngtones.

Electrical parameter introduction:

  1. Frequency bands supported: UL 462.5625 MHZ (22 frequency bands), (CE: 446.00625MHZ 8 frequency bands)
  2. Transmitting power: 0.5W
  3. Listening distance: the maximum distance of outdoor open ground without shelter is 3 KM, that of the urban environment is 1000M, and that of place with dense buildings is 300-500M.
  4. Batteries: four 1.5V AAA alkaline environment-friendly batteries.

Simple troubleshooting:

  1. The interphone can’t be started up: check the positive and negative directions of batteries, whether they’re installed upside down, and whether the contacts are good. Whether keep pressing for 3 seconds to start up the interphone, and check whether the battery capacity is sufficient.
  2. The other side or you can’t hear the voice during intercommunicating: check whether the channel and infra-acoustic frequency of your interphone and other side’s interphone is the same, if they’re not the same, adjust them the same in time; check whether you are out of the communicating scope.
  3. The menu button doesn’t work: check whether the menu button Is locked, keep pressing the lock button for 3 seconds to unlock it.
  4. The voice is stuck and intermittent during communicating, and the ringtone is out of tune: check whether the battery capacity is sufficient, and replace the batteries timely if their capacity is insufficient.

Notices:

  1. If the Interphone will be out of use for more than 24 hours, be sure to take out the batteries to avoid power loss and affecting the normal use next time.
  2. The speaker of the interphone can’t be pointed at the ears. While using the headset, adjust the volume appropriately and then put on the headset, the excessively loud volume may damage eardrums,
  3. The interphone cannot enter the water. If there is any dirt or oil contamination on it, please wipe it with a dry cloth. Don’t place the interphone in moist or high-temperature places, otherwise, its electronic devices will be damaged.
  4. Do not remove parts of the Interphone by yourself. If you have any questions, please contact the local distributor.
  5. Recycle used batteries in professional recycling bins to avoid environmental pollution.
  6. When you find the battery level is not stable, it means your battery is dead, please replace your batteries.
