Product Introduction

MS100F is a product based on 434 wireless communication protocol, which can detect the temperature and humidity in the air. Through APP settings, intelligent linkage, remote message push and other functions can be realized

Instructions

Power on / off

• Press the button for a short time to start and turn on pairing
• Press for more than 5 seconds to reset the device, and reset the device to clear the gateway ID
• Press the button 3 times to shut down the machine and the device is offline

Pair correlation

• The gateway press the key twice to start pairing, the temperature and humidity node press the switch hole once to start pairing, the LED flashes when pairing, and press the key again to refresh the pairing time;
• The pairing time is 2 minutes. If it is more than 2 minutes, the pairing fails and the distribution network mode is exited.

Note: it is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the temperature and humidity node should be 15m, and metal barriers should be avoided between the gateway and the node.

• The temperature measurement range of this product is – 10 ~ 50 ℃, which is not suitable for use in harsh environment outside this range;
• The humidity measurement range of this product is 0% ~ 99% RH, please keep away from the harsh environment of high humidity
• This product is used as a healthy life, not as a measuring tool
• The above data are laboratory test data, which may be different according to the actual use

After-sales policy

Return without reason within 7 days
Within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receiving the goods, we can return the goods for you without any reason; Return method: for the e-commerce platform, please apply for return by yourself on the corresponding page. After the application is successful, send the product to the designated address of feiingsite for return service.

• For returned goods, please keep the goods in good condition (the products, packaging accessories and attached warranty cards, certificates, instructions, etc.) and apply for return or replacement. If they are not complete, they will be deemed invalid
• Within 7 days (including 7 days) from the date of receiving the returned goods, Finsiot will refund the price of the goods you paid
• The freight of the returned goods shall be borne by the consumers themselves (except for the functional failure or quality problem of the goods conforming to the Three Guarantees)
• Goods purchased through offline stores and group buying by enterprises will not be returned for 7 days without reason.
• The seven day return without reason does not include the following behaviors: artificial damage, package missing damage, random parts missing.

Free replacement in 15 days

• Within 15 days after receiving the purchased goods, if the machine fails to meet the Three Guarantees, Finsiot will replace it for you free.

One year free maintenance of the whole machine

• Within one year from the date of receiving the goods, if there is any performance failure of the product, it can be monitored and determined by Finsiot after-sales service center. If it is not damaged by human, it can enjoy free maintenance service.
• Warm reminder: As the products need customer service and original parts (including foam, packaging bags, packing boxes), the commodity packaging and original parts should be retained for 30 days or long time.

• This manual describes the use method and technical parameters of the product in detail as far as possible, but the company reserves the right to modify this manual without further notice.
• Electronic invoice is provided by default. If you need to issue an invoice, we will reserve the invoice information when you submit the order. We will issue the invoice within seven working days after you confirm the receipt of the goods. After issuing, you can download the electronic invoice in the “order office self-service”.
