Setting up your Smart Bluetooth Baby Scale

Install battery

The battery operates with 4 AAA alkaline batteries type LR03 (1.5V).

  1. Turn the weighing scale bottom up to locate the battery compartment, open the battery door to install the batteries provided as the fi gure shown.
  2. Install four (4) new “AAA” batteries (LR03) into the battery compartment according to the polarity markings inside.
  3. Replace the battery cover after insert the batteries.
  4. Press the Power ON/OFF button to turn on the weighing scale.

Note:

  • Batteries are to be installed with the correct polarity.
  • Do not mix batteries of different types or mix old and new batteries, replace all 4 batteries when empty with new batteries.
  • If the scale is to be stored unused for a long period of time, the batteries should be removed.
  • The battery contacts are not to be short-circuited.

Set up HubbleClub by Hubble Connect App to track your baby’s growth


App Store

  • Scan the QR code with your smart device and download HubbleClub by Hubble Connected App from the App Store for iOS devices or from the Google Play™ Store for Android™ devices.
  • Install HubbleClub by Hubble Connected App on your device.
  • Open the HubbleClub by Hubble Connected App on your compatible smartphone or tablet.
  • Turn on Bluetooth of your compatible smartphone or tablet.
  • Follow the in-app instructions to create your Hubble account and connect to your device.

Note:
Please take note of the following minimum system requirements: Smartphones/Tablets: iOS 10.0, Android™ 7.0, Bluetooth 4.2.

Overview of the control panel

  1. LCD Display
    Bluetooth Signal
    Memory symbol
    Flashes when the memory is full.
    Weight Change indicator
    The symbol appears together with the Memory symbol to show weight value change with Up arrow (weight gain) or Down arrow (weight loss) indications.

  2. UNIT button
    Select the unit of measurement: kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb)

  3. TARE button
    Reset the scale to zero reading.

  4. HOLD button
    If the baby is moving, press the Hold button to lock in the correct weight. Once you pressed, the data will be stored.
    Press HOLD while the baby is on the platform alone and still, so the machine stabilises the detected weight (it will flash on the screen). When the display stops flashing, the weight of the baby will be displayed alternating with the up/down difference from the last weight.

Using the baby scale

  1. Turn On/Off the baby scale
    Press the Power ON/OFF button to turn On/Off the weighing scale.

  2. Select Weighing Unit
    Press the UNIT button on the control panel to select unit of measurement, kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb).

  3. Tare Weight
    The function is to reset the scale’s display to zero. When you measure your baby together with the soft pad, you don’t want to include the soft pad weight in the reading.

  4. To tare the soft pad, place it on scale, wait for a stable reading.

  5. Press the TARE button to reset the display to zero, the digit “ ” is displayed.

  6. Baby Weighing

  7. Press Power ON/OFF 0 button to turn on the baby scale, when the digits “ ” are displayed, the machine is ready for weighing.

  8. Place your baby on the weighing scale until the weight reading steadily appears on the display.

  9. Press the HOLD button to lock and store the data. The data is transmitted to HubblClub app when smart device and scale are in sync.

  10.  Weight Tracker
    The scale tracks the weight change between current and last measurements.
    The display shows the current weight and the weight difference (between the current weight and the last weight) alternately. Each weight displays for 2s. Scale will turn off automatically after 8s. (Note: In the fi rst use after installing the batteries, the display will only show the current weight, then turn off automatically after 8s.)

  • The symbol  indicates it is weight lose against last reading.

Note
In the fi rst use after installing the batteries, the display will only show the current weight. The weight data will not be kept whenever the batteries are replaced.

Consumer Products and Accessories Limited Warranty (“Warranty”)
Thank you for purchasing this Hubble Smart Nursery branded product manufactured under license by Binatone Electronics International LTD (“BINATONE”).

What Does this Limited Warranty Cover?
Subject to the items listed below in the section “What is not Covered” BINATONE warrants that this Hubble connected branded product (“Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and that any certifi ed accessory (“Accessory”) sold for use with this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90-days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is your exclusive warranty and is not transferable.

What is not covered

This Limited Warranty excludes and does not cover:

  • Normal deterioration or wear resulting from use;
  • Damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, or accident;
  • Damage caused by or resulting from improper operation or storage;
  • Damage caused by or resulting from contact with foreign substances, including, but not limited, to liquid, water, rain, humidity, perspiration, sand, dirt, and/or food;
  • Damage caused by or resulting from the use of Non-Hubble Smart Nursery branded or certifi ed Products or Accessories or other peripheral equipment;
  • Damage caused by or resulting from modifi cations, alterations, tampering, improper installation, or repairs by someone other than Hubble connected, BINATONE or their authorized representatives;
  • Defects, damages, or the failure of Products or Accessories due to any communication service or signal you may subscribe to or use with the Products or Accessories; and,
  • Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.

What Other Limitations Are There?

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS FORTH THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF BINATONE AND CONTAINS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. OTHER THAN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BINATONE MAKES NO ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF YOUR STATE DOES NOT PERMIT THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, THEN THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Who is covered?
This Warranty extends only to the fi rst consumer purchaser and is not transferable.

What will BINATONE do?
BINATONE or its authorized distributor at its sole discretion will, at no charge, repair or replace any Products or Accessories that do not conform to this Warranty. In the event that replacement is necessary to remedy a defect in material or workmanship, BINATONE may use new or remanufactured products, accessories or parts of equal quality to the original Product or Accessory.

You will receive instructions on how to ship the Products or Accessories at your expense and risk, to a BINATONE Authorized Repair Center.

You must include: (a) the Product or Accessory; (b) the original proof of purchase (receipt) which includes the date, place and seller of the Product; (c) if a warranty card was included in your box, a completed warranty card showing the serial number of the Product; (d) a written description of the problem; and, (e) your name, address, email address and telephone number.

These terms and conditions constitute the complete warranty agreement between you and BINATONE regarding the Products or Accessories purchased by you, and supersede any prior agreement or representations, including representations made in any literature publications or promotional materials issued by BINATONE or representations made by any agent, employee or staff of BINATONE, that may have been made in connection with your purchase of any Product and/or Accessory.
