INSTRUCTION OF LCD TALKING WATCH (WITH TIME AND ALARM ONLY)

Note: Please long press the TALKING button for 3 seconds to turn on the unit and take it out of sleep mode. Hold the MODE and TALKING button 5 seconds to enter power saving/sleep mode

• To change “MODES” – Repeatedly press MODE to change to various modes in the following order:

• TO ANNOUNCE THE TIME

  • Press TALKING to hear the time announcement

• TO SET 12H / 24H TIME FORMAT

  • One changes from 12 to 24 hours during the process of setting the hour. During hour setting, first, you cycle through all the hours in a 12-hour time system, then followed by all the hours in a 24-hour time system, as shown below.
  • Note: During setup, if no key is pressed for more than 15 seconds, the watch will return to Time display mode.

• TO SET THE TIME

  • In Time display mode, press MODE twice to enter Time set mode, the hour and minute digits flash. Repeatedly press or hold down the HOUR and MINUTE keys to set up the time HOUR and time MINUTE.

• TO SET THE ALARM TIME

  • In Time display mode, press MODE one time to enter Alarm time set mode. “AL” appears an hour and minute digits flash. Repeatedly press or hold down the HOUR and MINUTE key to set up alarm HR and alarm minute.

• TO TURN ALARMED ON/OFF

  • In Time display mode, to turn the alarm on and off, repeatedly press HOUR until you hear the alarm sound that you want (choice of 3 sounds.) When the alarm is ON, the symbol appears. To turn alarmed off, repeatedly press HOUR until you hear “Alarm Off” and the alarm symbol disappears from the LCD screen.

• SNOOZE

  • At the designated alarm time, the alarm sounds for 60 seconds. You can press the “Mode”, “Hour”, or “Minute” keys to silence the alarm immediately. If you press the “Talking” key, this will “snooze” the alarm and the alarm is turned off immediately. After snoozing, the alarm will repeat again every 10 minutes. The snooze function works up to 6 times.

• TO TURN HOURLY ANNOUNCE ON AND OFF

  • This watch can automatically announce the time every hour on the hour from 0:00 to 23:00. To turn on the hourly time announcement, press and release the MINUTE button until you hear “Chime On” and the symbol
    appears. To turn off, press and release MINUTE again until you hear “Chime Off” and the symbol disappears.

• TO REPLACE THE BATTERY

  • This watch uses one Lithium battery for power. When the LCD dims, sound weakens of function is abnormal, replace the battery, follow these steps
  1. Use a screwdriver to remove the four screws on the back cover, remove the back cover
  2. Remove the old battery and install a new one with the “ + ” polarity facing up
  3. Replace the back cover.
