Notice

  • This product uses DD-LTE I TDD-LTE / WCDMA and GSM/EDGE cellular network frequencies. Be sure that the PIN Code of the SIM card is disabled.
  • Standard size SD and SDHC (High Capacity) cards up to a maximum 32GB capacity are supported (Micro-SD memory cards with adapters are NOT recommended).
  • Using high-speed SD cards (SanDisk3 Ultra3 or Extreme3 series or similar) is recommended if you will use the 1280×720 or 1920×1080 video settings.

The camera is designed to instantly transmit triggered footage once the photo or video is taken by using an available cellular network signal and you can choose either of the following;

  1. Images / short video clips (max 10 sec length) to up to 4 x different email address (uses DATA).
  2. MMS photos to up to 4 different cell phone numbers or (uses AIRTIME);

PLEASE NOTE:
SMS commands for remote controlling the camera also require AIRTIME on the SIM. Make sure you have a network-enabled and registered SIM card and that AIRTIME / DATA are loaded onto it. Be sure that the PIN Code is OFF from the SIM card before inserting the SIM card into the camera. (You can disable the PIN of a SIM card via your mobile phone. Then reinsert the card into your camera).
The GLORY LTE camera has no internal memory storage space to store pictures/video clips. You need to insert an SD memory card to let the camera work correctly. Trouble Shooting

COMMON ERROR MESSAGES: “SEND FAIL” “NETWORK Busy. Reasons for error:

  1.  The service in your area is not sufficient to run the camera.

  2. There is an error when setting up the SIM card or it’s locked.

  3. Your data plan for the SIM card is not sufficient. Suggestions to remedy:

  4.  Ensure sufficient Data and Airtime are loaded onto the SIM.

  5. Re-do the U Set.exe program set-up to make 100% sure there aren’t any mistakes, check to be sure the numbers and e-mail addresses are correct.

  6. Contact your network provider and make sure your SIM card is registered, active, and is UNLOCKED.

  7. If its a cellular service issue you may need to purchase a booster antenna to help boost the signal. These can be very effective in boosting the signal to your camera in a poor signal area.

“Network Busy:”
Reasons for error:

  1.  There is a problem with the phone number or email addresses.
  2. There is not enough money on the SIM card plan.

Suggestions to remedy:

  1.  Re-do the U Set.exe program set-up. Make sure there are no mistakes.
  2. Sometimes you need to go back to just one phone number or e-mail address at a time to find where the error is. Test with just one and if it works, then add more and test.
  3. Ensure sufficient Data and Airtime are loaded onto the SIM.

Cannot access the SETUP menu:
Reasons for the issue:

  1. This only happens if you don’t have an SD card in the card slot or if the SD card is corrupted.
  2. Batteries are too low

Suggestions to remedy

  1.  Install a standard size SD card or Install a new SD card
  2. Replace the batteries. 10 Tricks and tips on field setup For best results mount the camera approximately 1.5m off the ground facing straight forward as level as possible. –

To enhance the flash, we recommend positioning the camera in an area with a backdrop to reflect the maximum amount of light. For instance, place the camera 7m-10m/from a field edge facing the woods. For the inside of timber, positioning the camera facing a thicket approximately 7m-10m away. – Try to set the camera up so it’s not facing directly into the sun either in the morning or the evening when game movement is at its peak.

Mounting tips

Don’t face directly towards light sources as this may result in ‘white-our / over-exposed footage.

In some instances, using the forest for reflection can add more light to your target area.

Mount the camera approximately 1.4m off the ground facing straight forward as level as possible. For instance, place the camera 7m-10m from a field edge facing the woods. If positioning the camera in a bushy area, position it facing a thicket approximately 7m-10m away.
Recording short video clips is a good way of minimizing the effect of night- time ‘motion-blur’ images if the subject is moving briskly past the camera. It provides a constant light source.
