KEEP COOL FUNCTION

To avoid melting when the ice cream is finished, the following will happen automatically when the timer runs out: The machine will turn on the “keep cool” function, which will stay on for one hour. After one hour, the machine will enter standby mode.

MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION FUNCTION

The device is equipped with a motor overload protection system that automatically measures the motor temperature and reduces the speed/stops the mixing blade in case of overload. As a result, the motor might slow down when the ice cream becomes thicker or when something is blocking the mixing blade.

CONTROLLING THE VOLUME OF THE INGREDIENTS

To avoid the ice cream overflowing, make sure the ingredients do not exceed 60% of the total capacity (maximum 1.5L). This is because the content expands around 40% when freezing.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE WORKING MODES

  1. Ice cream mode: default working time is 60 minutes. This mode mixes the ingredients and freezes simultaneously.
  2. Cooling only mode: default working time is 30 minutes. The operation is similar to that of ice cream mode but without the mixing function.
  3. Mixing only mode: default working time is 10 minutes. The operation is similar to that of ice cream mode but without freezing function.

STORAGE OF ICE CREAM

Remove finished ice cream and transfer it into another container using a plastic scoop or a wooden spoon. Note: Do not use a metal scoop, this can scratch the stainless-steel bowl.

DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING

Caution: The plug must be removed before cleaning to avoid electric shock.

  1. Take out the mixing blade and wash in warm soapy water
  2. Take out the removable bowl and wash in warm soapy water or dishwasher
  3. Wipe off the transparent lid with a dampened cloth
  4.  Remove any residue on the main unit with a dampened cloth. Do not pour water on the power cord, plug or ventilation, or immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid
  5. Allow drying thoroughly with a dry cloth, then return the component to the home position.
