Important- Read these instructions carefully before use and keep the for f1.1ture reference. Your child’s safety may be affected 1f you do not follow these instructions. It is important that any person intending to use this vehicle fully understands the instructions.

  • WARNING Che l< that the pram body, seat unit or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use. This vehicle ts intended for children from birth to a maximum weight of 22kg, with a car seat attached -bfrth to 13kg, with the carrycot altached – birth to 9kgs.

WARNING Pram Body/ carrycot: This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over and cannot push itself up on its hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child for the carrycot must not exceed 9kg.

  • WARNING Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt

OPENING THE CHASSIS

To open the chassis; release the chassis travel clip, then holding the chassis handle, lift the chassis until it clicks open. Check that the chassis is fully open by pushing down on the chassis handle.

FITTING/REMOVING THE FRONT WHEELS
To fit the front wheels; locate the front wheel axle stub and push into the front wheel unit. Ensure the front wheel units are secure before use. To remove the front wheel: Step 1. Press in the wheel release button located on the rear of the wheel unit. Step 2. Pull the wheel down & away from the chassis.

FITTING THE REAR WHEELS
To fit the rear wheels: Pull down and hold the light grey rear-wheel release lever, locate the rear wheel axle and push into the rear wheel housing.

REMOVING THE REAR WHEELS
To remove the rear wheels: Pull down and hold the light grey rear wheel release lever and pull wheel away from the rear wheel housing.

FOLDING THE CHASSIS
To fold the chassis; with the front wheels locked, locate the primary red chassis locking clip on the right hand side of the chassis. Press in until it clicks and holds open. Retract the hood and activate gravity pedal 1 followed by gravity pedal 2, the chassis will then self fold. Engage the chassis travel clip to lock the chassis. N.B. fitted seat liner, footmuff or items left in shopping basket may affect the fold.
WARNING To avoid injury ensure that children are kept away when unfolding and folding this product.

OPERATING THE SWIVEL FRONT WHEELS
The front wheels can be used in swivel or fixed-wheel mode. To switch from locked to swivel; turn the swivel wheel lock collar until wheels move freely.To switch from swivel to locked; turn the swivel wheel lock collar until wheels lock into position.

USING THE PARKING BRAKE
To engage the brake; firmly press down on the brake lever found in the middle of the rear axle. Check that the brake is fully engaged before letting go of the handle. To release the brake, press forwards or lift up the brake lever until the wheels move freely.

NEVER Leave the vehicle without first engaging the brake.

Always engage the parking brake when placing or removing children

ADJUSTING THE SEAT UNIT BACKREST
To recline the seat; begin by locating the seat unit backrest adjustment device found on the back of the seat. Press down the button on top of the device and pull back the loop, reclining the seat.

To return to the upright position; press in the button on the seat backrest. Holding in the button, pull back the adjustment straps whilst pushing forward the button unit.

FITTING/REMOVING THE BUMPER BAR
To fit the bumper bar; push both ends of the bumper bar into the entry holes on the seat unit until bumper bar locks into position. To remove, press the bumper bar release button on either side of seat unit whilst pullin the bum er bar.

REMOVING THE OYSTER ZERO GRAVITY SEAT
The Oyster Zero Gravity seat can be removed when using tlie chassis with a carrycot or car seat. Start by removing the bumper bar and hood  then follow the steps below.

  3. Slide the plastic keyhole fixing away from the metal component to release (Left and Right).BabyStyle Oyster Zero Gravity Baby Walker FIG-16
  4. Remove the webbing strap through the strap guide located to the reft and right of the seat unit.

  6. Using your thumb and forefinger, slowly pull the fabric retaining rod out of the gui<fe channel in the stroller handle (Left and Right).This will release the fabric.BabyStyle Oyster Zero Gravity Baby Walker FIG-20

The seat fabrics can be refitted to the chassis by following these steps in reverse.

FITTING/REMOVING THE OYSTER CAPSULE CAR SEAT TO/FROM THE CHASSIS

To attach the Oyster Capsule car seat to the chassis first remove the bumper bar and insert the Oyster Zero / Gravity car seat adaptors into the bumper bar attachment points. Hold the car seat by the carry handle and lower it onto the car seat adaptors. The adaptors should slot into the cavity at the base of the car seat handle left and right. Push the car seat down firmly until the cr seat clicks and locks into position. Check that the car seat is secure and locked by pulling up on the car seat handle. To remove the car seat from the chassis; press down on the two buttons on the sides of the car seat (not the handle adjustment buttons) and lift the car s_eat away from the chassis. NB: Apply _vasel ine to the adaptors if the car seat 1s stiff to remove. To remove the adaptors from the chassis press the bumper bar release button and remove each adaptor.

Children should be clear of moving parts while making adjustments.

FITTING/REMOVING THE OYSTER 3 CARRYCOT TO/FROM THE CHASSIS

To attach the Oyster 3 c arryc ot first remove the bumper bar and insert the Oyster Zero / Gravity carrycot adaptors into the bumper bar attachment points.

The carrycot can only be fitted when facing the parent. Lower the carrycot into the attachment devices. Push down on the carrycot until clicks and locks into position. Check the carrycot is secure by trying to lift the carrycot from the chassis.

Before carrying or lifting, make sure he handle is in the correct locked posot,on Carrycot can not be fitted forward facing
To remove the carrycot hold the _handle at the front of the hood. While holding this, pull the handle situated at the back of the carrycot and lift. The carrycot will release from the chassis.

To remove the adaptors from the chassis press the bumper bar release button and remove each adaptor.

PEEKABOO VENTILATION WINDOW
The Oyster Zero Gravity has a peekaboo ventilation window located in the back panel of the stroller hood. To utilize the peekaboo ventilation window simply fold over the fabric of the panel nearest the back backrest.BabyStyle Oyster

CARRYCOT (OPTIONAL)

This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided.
Only use on a firm, horizontal level and dry surface.

ASSEMBLING THE CARRYCOT

Remove the apron and mattress. Unzip the lining to gain access to the stay bars in the bottom of the carrycot. Using the three webbing tabs; pull the stay bars into position so that they are against the small plastic bumps on the baseboard. Zip up the lining, replace mattress and  refit apron.

FITTING THE CARRYCOT APRON

Fasten the zip on the apron to the corresponding zip on the carrycot and pull all the way around. Secure the press studs between the apron and carrycot.

ADJUSTING THE CARRYCOT HOOD

Press in the buttons on the sides of the hood and pull up until you hear them click into place. Press buttons in again to put the hood down.

ROCKING/ STABILISING CARRYCOT

The carrycot is designed to be able to rock gently on the floor when not attached to the chassis. There are four pop out feet underneath which can be pulled out to stabilise the carrycot in a secure position.

FITTING THE CARRYCOT RAIN COVER
With the carrycot in place on the chassis, fully extend the hood. Unfold and place the rain cover over the hood of the carrycot so that the flap on the rain cover corresponds with the opening in the carrycot hood. Pull the rain cover down at the rear of the hood so that the elasticated edge covers the rear of the carrycot. Ease the front part of the rain cover over the apron and down around the front and sides of the carrycot. Fasten press studs below the attachment device.

FITTING THE STROLLER RAIN COVER
Place the rain cover over the stroller; the rain cover needs the stroller hood to be fitted and open. Press corresponding press studs along the sides of the stroller rain cover (left and right). There are two webbing straps at the front of the stroller, wrap each of these around the closest front leg (left and right).

FITTING/ REMOVING THE SEAT LINER
To fit the seat liner release the harness straps so that the shoulder and waist straps are separate. Thread the shoulder straps along with the crotch strap and buckle through the corresponding button holes in the seat liner. The waist straps should be passed around the side of the seat liner. Connect straps together via the clips. To remove; release the harness straps and thread them through the button holes in the seat liner.

FITTING THE FOOTMUFF
The footmuff top cover can be removed by unfastening the zip. The base of the footmuff can be used as seat liner without the top part. To attach the footmuff to the seat unit; Release the harness clips from the centre buckle and release the shoulder straps from the waist belts at the buckle connection. Pass the shoulder straps and waist belts through the corresponding openings in the footmuff. Attach the two press studs at the top of the seat backrest to the two press studs on the top  of the footmuff.

Children should be clear of moving parts while making adjustments.

USING THE SAFETY HARNESS
Always apply the parking brake before placing your child in the vehicle. The safety harness has two shoulder straps, two waist belts and a crotch strap. Place the two shoulder straps over the child’s shoulders and the waist belts around the child’s waist. The crotch strap should be placed between the child’s legs. The waist belts & shoulder straps should be clipped into the centre buckle at the end of the crotch strap. The harness can be adjusted to suit your child by sliding the adjusters along the shoulder straps and waist belts. To release the safety harness, push the button on the centre buckle.

WARNING Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt. ALWAYS USE THE SAFETY HARNESS

HOOD/SUN CANOPY
The Oyster Zero Gravity hood as four sections, the front section can be flipped out or folded back into the main part of the hood depending on choice. To flip out the canopy reach underneath the hood opening and pull the canopy extension forwards. Unzip canopy to fully extend the hood. To fold the canopy away push it back into the hood and smooth the fabric and fasten zip if applicable

FITTING AND REMOVING THE HOOD
To fit the hood; Attach the hood attachment clips to the chassis (left and right). Attach the velcro at the back and sides of the canopy and secure the press studs to the seat back and sides. To remove the hood; pull the hood attachment clips away from the chassis (left and right). Unfasten the press studs, release the velcro and take the hood away.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Regularly check screws, rivets, bolts & fastening_s to ensure they are locked tiQht and secure. Replace any parts .1n an .inferior condition. Should you intend to use the pushchair during the winter by the sea or
    off-road; it is important to clean thoroughly & dry the vehicle after use. Salt from the ocean or from roads will corrode metal parts unless removed. After use in these circumstances clean with fresh water and dry thoroughly after use.

  • Check on a regular basis that all chassis locking devices are working correctly.

  • If any part of the_pushchair is damaged contact your local BabyStyle retailer immedialely without using the pushchair.

  • Do not expose your pushchair to excessive sunlight for extensive periods of time, even normal exposure to sunliQht may cause the colour of rhe fabric to change.

  • Take care not to tear the fabrics while transporting the pushchair.

  • Light oil or silicone spray is suitable to use as a lubricant for moving parts.

  • Ensure that zips are either fully open or fully closed or they may be damaged.

  • Always use the rain cover in inclement weathE:ir.

  • Do not place items on the hood/canopy, it may damage the vehicle and/or render il unsafe.

  • Rubber t_yres can leave marks on some surfaces. The tyres can react with some surfaces (vinyl lloor coverinQs, carpets etc.) and cause sta1ns. Always stand fhe stroller on a protective surface indoors.

  • Routinely clean the metal parts with a damp cloth & then dry immediately.

  • Fabrics should be cleaned following the guidance on the care labels.

  • Do not wash in the washinQ machine. Sponge clean or hand wash with mila detergent and warm water (30 C).

A stroller has many moving parts and requires regular maintenance by the user. Simple cleaning and lubricating will make the stroller look good & operate better for longer. The stroller will be used in many different environments, country walks, a trip to the coast; a winter’s walk to school, all can increase wear, lead to rust and corrosion and reduce the life of the product. Regular cleaning, care and maintenance will reduce the effects of the environment on the stroller. The warranty does not protect the stroller against overloading, misuse, neglect or lack of care and maintenance by the user. BabyStyle UK Ltd provides a warranty in support of the retailer from whom you purchased this product. The warranty is effective for 12 months from the date of purchase for the original purchaser/owner. Proof of purchase will (at the discretion of BabyStyle UK Ltd) be required in order for your retailer to claim on the warranty. The warranty excludes any fault caused by misuse, damage or neglect. It is the user’s responsibility to undertake routine inspection and maintenance of the vehicle in order to avoid damage to the vehicle and/or injury to the child. The vehicle is returned to the retailer at the owners’ expense in order to ascertain if a claim under the warranty is justified.  Please carefully read the instructions on how to look after your stroller.
