Visor mechanism

Removing/refitting the visor

Remove/modify sun visor
Remove the sun visor, raise il Lo the fully open position, pull down the development label (C) on one side of the sun visor, then take out the upper lug (D) and lower lug (E) of the sun visor and repeat this operation on the other side
Modified sun visor: Install the sun visor to the fully open position, install the lug (D) to the position of the helmet sun visor (A), then move the lower lug(E}) to the position of the sun visor structure (B) while pulling down the label (C). Repeat this operation on the other side of the sun visor, pull down the sun visor and carefully check whether it can be used normally

Internal components

Crown pads and cheek pads are removable and washable.
For removal and modification of internal components, please refer to the following operations.

Removing/refitting the cheek pad

Remove the cheek pad (G): unfasten snaps (g) and flaps (n} from helmet.
Reinstall the cheek pad(G): slide the flaps (n) into place and secure the; snaps (g) again, making sure the cheek pads are properly installed in the helmet.

Removing/refitting the bushing

Remove The bushing (F): Tear the velcro and unfasten snaps(g) and Naps(n) from helmet.
Reinstall the bushing (F): Slide the flaps(n) into place and secure the snaps(g) again, making sure the cheek pads are properly installed in the helmet.

Ventilation device

Open ‘close the top air inlet, raise/lower the device until you hear a “click” sound, indicating that everything is in the correct position
Open ‘close the chin protection air inlet. raise/lower the device until you hear a “click” sound, indicating that everything is in the correct position

Fixtures

Fixing device with adjustable strap

Fixing device with adjusting belt requires adjusting the adjusting belt before fixing
Follow the instructions in the figure above to extend

1. Shorten the length of the passing parts until the helmet is lightly fixed with the adjustment strap

Helmet function control area description

Function area including:

1. Memory card slot: Insert standard TF memory card to play audio files and enjoy riding music without mobile phone;
2. Data transmission/charging interface: Standard micro USB interface, please use the charging data cable configured with the package. through which you can charge the helmet and read/write data to the memory card in the helmet;
3. ON / OFF Switch button: press and hold to turn on or off. After turning on, you can directly enter Bluetooth pairing mode;
   Note: lift the waterproof silica gel cover in the functional area to see the micro USB interface and TF memory slot. Do not use too much farce to avoid damaging the silica gel cover. In addition, the silica gel cover on the switch button cannot be lifted. Please do not lift it forcibly.

Helmet specification

Wear description

1. Wear properly
   Use a helmet that fits your head size. After the helmet is comfortably attached to the head, pull the helmet strap flat and close to the face, then buckle the lock button. To lower the front of the safety helmet to cover the forehead, place the strap close to the chin and loosen the back strap. The helmet must be tightly attached when used.

2. Comfort adjustment
   Position the helmet again each time you wear it to make sure it is firmly on your head. The front and rear movement space of the helmet shall not be too much. Users shall not forcibly remove the helmet without unlocking the lock .

3. Examination
   Make sure that the helmet is properly and firmly placed on the head. If there is room for the helmet to swing back and forth or left and right, please adjust the tightness of the belt to the most suitable scale.

4. Clean and Maintenance
   Inside of the helmet: Use a neutral cleanser. preferably shampoo. Do not use too much force, otherwise, the buffering material will be deformed and lose its buffering function. After cleaning. wipe off the water with a towel or paper towel and put it in a ventilated place to dry naturally. Maintenance of helmet surface: when there is a stain on the helmet shell first Wipe the stain with a wet cloth, and then rub with the water wax or polish wax for car cleaning to make helmet clean and bright.it is best to use helmet special bright agent.
   Glass maintenance: rub it Wth a neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly with tap water, then wipe with a cotton-soft cloth or paper towel. Finally , rub the outer surface with wax or antistatic agent, which can reduce the attachment of dust and speed up the flow of rain. The inner side of the glass should be coated with mist to reduce fog attachment. Since the helmet has built-in electronic components, please do not immerse in water, please do not use hot water, saltwater, benzene, thinner corrosive, and other solvents to scrub helmet.

Bluetooth operating instructions

1. Turn on the helmet
   Long press the power button for 5 seconds. After hearing the prompt, release it . Then it means power is on.

2. Connect Bluetooth
   Connect your Bluetooth headset the first time you use or change your phone, Turn on the helmet with the power button, and then light press the power button again, after you hearing the prompt, choose the Bluetooth device name“H2’in the Bluetooth device list in your phone. Bluetooth is connected successfully with the phone after hearing the prompt. The next time you use it, Bluetooth will automatically connect .

3. Answering/hang up the phone call
   Incoming call will be prompted sound, single press the left side of the touch switch area on helmet to answer the phone. Single press the left side touch switch again to hang up the phone call.
   During the phone call:
   Long press the left side of the touch switch: Volume“ +’(when the volume reach to the Max. You will hear continue prompt from the speaker) Long press the right side of the touch switch: Volume “(when the volume reach to the Min. You will hear continue prompt from the speaker)

4. Music play
   During the process of the music playing, single press the left side touch switch to pause the music playing, single press the left side touch switch again to continue the music playing. Single press the left side of the touch switch during the music playing:
   pause the music playing;
   Single press the left side of the touch switch again:
   continue to playing the music;
   Long press the left side of the touch switch: Volume* +’”(when the volume reach to the Max, You will hear continue prompt from the speaker) Long press the right side of the touch switch:Valume “(when the volume reach to the Min. You wil hear continue prompt from the speaker)

5. TF memory card music playing
   Our helmet Bluetooth function support TF card music playing. Users need to buy TF memory card by themself.

6. Power off
   Long press the power button until 5 second, release it , when you hearing prompt.

7. Recharge
   Please connect the micro usb data cable wth the adaptor (output 5V 1A) for charging the battery of helmet. The indicator will change to red light during the charging and change to blue light after fully charging Jt is not recommended to use the helmet in the charging process.

Announcements

To keep you safe, destroy and replace the helmet every three years. Do not hit the helmet. Discontinue use immediately after major crash. As the waterproof property of the product only supports the splash of normal riding, please do not ride for a long time during heavy rain in the process of use to avoid functional defects.

Size selection

Measure the head circumference: use a soft ruler to pass through the forehead (above the brow bone) and the back of the head, and the hair around the head should also be calculated, (as shown in the below figure) to measure the exact degree is your head circumference, and then choose a helmet according to your size.
