PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
M50 is a fashionable business Bluetooth headset. It comes with built-in
Qualcomm Bluetooth chips, which allow a stable connection, high-quality voice
calls, and clear music listening. Besides, this Bluetooth headset also
features up to 24 hours battery life and 60 days standby.
Please be attention, the Bluetooth connection may be interrupted by walls,
excessive distance, or other electronic interference, so it’s better to read
the instruction carefully before using the product to ensure correct and safe
use and keep it in good condition.

Microphone mute key (depend on conditions) ③
– Calling status: short press to mute the microphone, press again to deactivate the muted condition.
– Non-calling status: long press for 3s to activate SIRI or audio assistance system.
*HEADSET RESTART
When turn on the headset, the indicator will keep flashing red and blue, which means it is under pairing mode, and then long-press the MUTE key (③ as shown in the picture) for 6s until you hear a beep sound. -
ON/OFF switch key ④
– Long press for 3s to turn on; long press for 4s to turn off when under power-on status.
– Incoming calls status: short press to receive calls; long press for 1s to reject calls.
– Calling status: short press to hang up calls.
– Non-calling status: short press to play or stop playing music; double click the key to redial the last call you made;
Bluetooth LED Indicator ⑦
- Flash blue when the headset is power on;
- Flash red and blue when the headset is entering into paring mode;
- Flash red when the headset is powered off;
- The light will disappear when the headset is playing music.
Low battery announcement
a low battery announcement will remind every three minutes when the headset
should be charged, and the headset will automatically power off itself after
the second-time announcement.

- This product uses lithium-ion polymer batteries, for the first time using, it needs about 3 hours to be fully charged (charging voltage: 5V, current: 0.5~2A).
- The charging light is on when charging, and it will turn blue when the headset is fully charged.
- When undercharging, the headset will automatically power off itself; do not use the product while charging.
HEADSET CONNECTIONS
- Turn on the headset and it will automatically enter into pairing mode, and the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately.
- Activate the Bluetooth function of mobile phones or other Bluetooth devices:
– For iPhones: open “Settings” > choose “Bluetooth” > turn it “On” > connect “M50”.
– For Android phones: open “Settings” > choose “Bluetooth” > search for new devices > connect “M50” .
- NOTE: The contents of the menu may be different for different devices.
3. After the “M50” is successfully connected to phones or devices, the Bluetooth LED indicator will disappear.
4. Two phones connection
This headset can connect two Bluetooth devices together.
Step1, Turn on the headset and open Bluetooth function on phone A, connect to “M50”, then close the Bluetooth function on phone A; Step2, Connect Phone B with ” M50” as step 1; Step3, Keep Phone B connecting and then re-open Bluetooth on Phone A and connect to “M50”. - NOTE: Although two phones are connected to the headset at the same time, they can only play music from one of them rather than two phones.
WEARING ADJUSTMENT

Slide the headset from above your ear to behind, and then lightly press it toward the ear; before putting on the headphones, take off your glasses first, so that you can adjust to the most comfortable state for wearing.

Rotate the microphone boom to make the microphone toward your mouth.

Adjust the microphone up and down to find a more suitable position.

If you want to change another ear to wear the headset, rotate the microphone boom upwards and twist, make the earbud turn to another side, and then lower down the microphone boom.

COMMON PROBLEMS

It may cause disconnection when under low battery circumstances. In order not to affect its normal use, please charge the headset in time.

If the headset fails to turn on, please try to charge it first, and then try to turn it on again after fully charged.

If the battery is exhausted or has not been used for a long time, there may be no signal light at the beginning of charging, but it will normally light up in red after a few minutes.

No sound from the headset.
• Make sure the Bluetooth headset is turned on.
• Make sure the headset is successfully connected to the phone.
• Make sure that the distance between the headset and the phone does not exceed the effective distance of 10 meters( about 32.8 feet).
• Make sure that the music playback output selects the right Bluetooth device (M50).
• Make sure that your phone is within a strong signal range and there is no external interference.
• Check whether your phone is connected to other Bluetooth devices. -
The headset model cannot be searched.
• Make sure the headset is in a pairing state and ready to connect.
• There may be a program error between the headset and phone.
Please restart the device or contact the manufacturer to repair it. -
No sound from the headset
• Make sure that the call selects M50 standby status, not the phone speaker status.
• Confirm whether your phone is connected to other Bluetooth devices.
ATTENTIONS
A. Using non-original accessories may result in low performance, short
circuit, or damage to the headset, which are not covered by warranty.
B. Disassembling personally may damage the headset and will not be
covered by the warranty.
C. Do not use it in a dusty environment.
D. Please use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean the headset.
E. Keep the headset in its original packaging when not in use.
F. Keep kids away from playing with the headset, they may be injured or
damage the headset.
G. Do not put the headset in a hot or cold environment, otherwise, it may
be temporarily unavailable, and the normal use temperature is between
-10°C—60°C.
H. Do not soak this product in water or shower it.
