TV Remote User Manual 

Introduction

The TV remote provides accessibility and feature functionality for the TV, Movie, Chromecast, HDMI and Bluetooth input.

Touch Screen Buttons

Touch Screen buttons to access the various feature functionality for the entertainment system

A. TV Access:

  1. Press the TV icon to turn on the TV and enter the IPTV TV mode.
  2. The remote control screen will turn to numeric keypad UI.

B. Movie:

  1. Press the MOVIE icon to turn on the TV and enter IPTV movie mode.
  2. The remote control screen will turn to the movie control page.

C. Chromecast

  1. Press the CHROMECAST icon to turn on the TV and connect to the Chromecast pairing page.
  2. The remote control screen will remain on the home screen page.

D. HDMI

  1. Press the HDMI icon to switch the HDMI Input panel located in the TV cabinet.
  2. The remote control screen will remain on the home screen page.

E. Bluetooth

  1. Press the BLUETOOTH icon to switch to the Bluetooth source and turn on the Bluetooth receiver ready for pairing
  2. The remote control screen will turn to the Bluetooth page, it will show the Bluetooth pairing ID to allow guest device pairing

Hard Key Button

A. ON Key
Press “ON” to switch to turn on all devices connected to the entertainment system.
B. OFF Key
Press “OFF” to switch off all devices connected to the entertainment system.
C. Menu Key
Press the icon to access the menu function for each connected device connected to the entertainment system.
D. Navigation Key

  1. Press navigation UP, DOWN, LEFT & RIGHT keys to control and navigate the different functions.
  2. Press the OK key for confirmation.

E. Volume Control Key

Press the Volume  key to control the entertainment system volume loudness.

F. Channel Control Key
Press channel CH+/-key to select the TV channels.
G. Back Key
Press the key to return to the previous menu or function.
H. Mute Key
Toggle key to mute/unmute the volume.
I. Sleep Key
Press the key to activate the TV sleep timer.

Remote Battery Charging

Use the wireless charging dock to recharge the remote control.

The battery charging icon will be displayed on the top right-hand corner of the screen when the device is placed on the charging dock.

Use only the USB Type-C cable supplied with the remote charging dock.

FCC Statement

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the  user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
    The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements. The device can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) information:

This device meets the government’s requirements for exposure to radio waves. The guidelines are based on standards that were developed by independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluations of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons regardless of age or health. FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement the SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types: This device has also been tested against this SAR limit. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the TV Remote kept 5mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 5mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the TV Remote. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
