ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully remove all pieces from the packaging.
- Remove the 9W LED bulb from the packaging and install it into the socket of the lamp. Screw it tightly in.
- Plug into a wall outlet.
- Turn on and off using the push switch located on the base of the lamp.
WIRELESS CHARGING BASE:
Output: DC5V 1A
- Devices need to have a built-in wireless charging receiver that is Qi standard compatible.
- Place your phone on the wireless charger. Make sure that the phone is located within the charging area of the wireless charger. The charging sign will show up on the phone when it is correctly aligned over the charger.
Note:
Remove any metal phone case or any case thicker than 5mm before use.
SPECIFICATION:
Bulb: 9W Self-ballasted lamp, AC only, 120V 60Hz WARNING: Use Type A 40W Incandescent Bulb or 9W Self-ballasted Lamp
Bulb Replacement:
- Ensure the product is unplugged and cool to the touch before proceeding.
- Remove the 9W LED bulb from the socket and replace it.
CARE & MAINTENANCE:
Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, servicing or cleaning it. Clean the product with a soft cloth; do not use liquids, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.
RF exposure statement

operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and any part of

This equipment meets the exemption from the Nerve Stimulation Exposure Limits
