BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Read these instructions completely and carefully. Save these instructions for future use.

WARNING

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK OR FIRE
To reduce the risk of electric shock or ignition of hazardous atmospheres, disconnect the luminaire from the supply circuit before opening. Keep tightly closed when in operation.
RISK OF INJURY OR DAMAGE
Unit will fall if not installed properly. Follow installation instructions.

Wear safety glasses and gloves during installation and servicing.

The luminaire should be mounted so that prolonged staring into the luminaire at a distance closer than 0.50m is not expected.

Storage & Handling

Store packaged units in a covered dry area

Check for damage

Do not impact

Mounting-Wall & Ceiling

No vertical trunnion mounting on wall allowed.

For Class II optical aimed horizontal or downward only.

Mount to a flat surface. Bolts not included.

For 3G applications and mounting surfaces less than 16 inches, 3 bolts are required. Bolts not included.

Orient luminaire and secure side bolts.

Once desired angle, tighten bolts evenly.

WARNING

RISK OF DAMAGE
Do not torque trunnion bolts greater than 30 ft-lbs. Damage may occur.

Wiring

Loosen 3 captive screws and open the door.

Install ¾ inch NPT conduit.

Secure minimum 90°C wire to a terminal block. Do not use violet and gray dimming leads on the drivers.

Verify supply voltage and wire insulation temperature rating match nameplate requirements.

Door Closing

Hang door on hinge, rotate closed.

Close and fasten door.

Cleaning

Use mild soap/detergent.

Rinse with cool low pressure water.

Wipe dry with clean soft cloth.
