Product charging mode:
Please use the mobile phone charger with Type-C interface to charge, and the red light indicator is always on in the charging state; The red light goes out after filling.
Note: If the original charger configured by individual mobile phones cannot be charged on the helmet, please use other chargers suitable for this product. Or use a charger suitable for the helmet.

Precautions:

1. It is forbidden to use detergent to clean the helmet. Chemical composition may cause damage to the surface or material of the helmet;
2. It is forbidden to soak the helmet in water. The helmet can be treated with waterproof measures such as rain and splashing water, but it is not suitable for long-term soaking in water. Long-term soaking between ABS and EPS will affect the electronic performance of the product. Affect the service life.
3. It is forbidden to replace or remove any original accessories of the helmet;
4. It is forbidden to continue to use helmets that have had accidents or suffered large impacts;
5. It is forbidden to wear the helmet during engineering operations; The helmet belongs to the use of riding helmet; It meets the quality standard of riding helmet, but it is not suitable for special operations such as engineering operations. Wear it correctly before riding. ZNTI-001 helmet can protect the head and reduce injuries by absorbing and dispersing impact force, but it cannot exceed the scope of riding helmet quality standards and completely avoid injuries. If this product is not used in accordance with the requirements of this guide or violates relevant traffic regulations, it may cause personal injury or property damage to users or third parties. The Company does not assume any responsibility for personal injury or property loss unrelated to the quality failure of using this product. Our company only undertakes the responsibility caused by product quality failure.
6. When abnormal phenomena occur during the operation of the machine, please first refer to the solutions in “Common Troubleshooting” in this manual. If no solution can be found, please press the “Reset Key” with the thimble to reset the machine to the factory state.
7. The illustrations appearing in this manual are to explain how to operate more clearly. Therefore, the display interface in the illustrations may be slightly different from the actual display of this machine, and the actual object shall prevail.
8. Regular formatting of helmet memory cards effectively prevents data loss. The recorder function of the helmet is normal, and the memory card needs to be formatted every 15-20 days. Please back up the required data before formatting.
9. When using it for the first time, please remove the protective film on the front and rear cameras and the front windshield lens to avoid affecting the video definition and mask transmittance.
10. Before using this helmet recorder function, in order to improve the compatibility between the card and this machine, please format the memory card on this machine with APP. If the plug-in memory card cannot be recognized by the machine, it means that the card cannot meet the requirements of the high-speed card of the machine. Please replace the genuine TF memory card with 8GB-32GB capacity of Class10 and above.
11. The function of local WiFi (connect to the mobile APP and view the recorded video with the mobile phone), the network “WiFi_ZNTK001** (random code)” corresponding to the helmet recorder function, and the password “12345678”
12. As the configuration of each product of the smart helmet ALM-H01A/B/C you purchased is different, it is slightly different from the function in this manual. The physical function of the helmet in this configuration shall prevail. For example, ALM-H01A is a single front recording smart helmet, so there is no helmet rear recording and no AI voice operation function; B is the AI voice operation function of single front recording tape, and this configuration has no back recording function; C is the front and rear double recording with AI voice operation function.
13. Long-term storage and storage at a high temperature above +60 degrees and below-20 degrees are prohibited, so as not to affect the service life and function.
14. Products that have been seriously hit by accidents during use are recommended not to be used. Strictly check whether there are cracks, bruises, unevenness, wear, integrity of cap lining, etc. in the appearance of helmets that affect their safety. Please contact the merchant in time for repair, replacement or scrapping.
15. Product cleaning: Soft cloth can be dipped in water to clean and wipe the helmet shell and accessories. Please gently wipe the lens with a lens cloth to avoid wiping the image quality and clarity of the lens. The lining is pasted by hook and loop and can be taken down and washed.
16. Product storage: Helmets need to be stored in a dry indoor environment; If the helmet is not used for a long time, it needs to be fully charged and turned off. It is recommended to charge periodically once a month and be fully charged.

How to wear

Operation Method of Image Recorder and Mobile APP

1. Apple mobile phone users should search for “Smart Helmet” to download and install. Android mobile phone users should search for “Smart Helmet” to download and install.

2. Press the power key of the smart helmet for 2 seconds, and there will be a voice prompt: “It is
   turned on, start recording, Bluetooth is turned on and waiting for connection.” (If the memory card is not inserted, you will be prompted “Please insert the memory card and format it”).

3. Press the WiFi key for 2 seconds to turn on WiFi, and the voice prompt “WiFi is turned on”.

4. Turn on the mobile phone positioning (some mobile phones cannot connect without turning on the positioning WiFi), click the smart helmet APP , enter the APP main interface

5. Click “Please connect the device WIFI” in this interface, turn on the WLAN on the mobile phone or tablet, find the name “WiFi_ZNTK001** (random code)” corresponding to the helmet WiFi, and enter the password “12345678”.

6. After successful WIFI connection , (Android mobile phone will appear later after connecting to WiFi device; “The current WLAN is not available for Internet access. Please select” Use “to continue using this WLAN)

7. Selecting the icon at the top left to return to APP will automatically enter the real-time preview interface . The interface can switch the front and back recording images and full screen display. The icon at the top right corner can switch the front and back images. There are photographing, pause/turn on recording, setting, etc. below the screen (entering the setting requires stopping recording)

8. Click to return to the APP homepage . There are three columns below: “Home Page”, “File” and “Mine”.

9. Click “File” to enter the folder to view “Device File” and “Local File”. In the Local File column, select the video photo file downloaded in the mobile phone for simple editing and sharing to various social platforms (sharing to various social platforms requires opening permissions in settings). (The equipment file can view the normal file/emergency lock file/picture of the front lens and the normal file/emergency lock file of the rear lens, and can be previewed/downloaded/deleted; Local file-the file that the helmet has downloaded to this machine, you can view the downloaded file/picture, and you can edit, share or delete it).

10. Click “mine” ;Enter the setup page of the device , and view the APP version and instructions.

Note: Please turn on “Induction on/off” in time when entering the setting. This function is turned off by default. After the APP is connected for the first time, “On” should be selected for induction on and off. Induction on/off is a power saving mode. After this function is turned on, the smart helmet will continue to work dynamically. When the helmet stands for 5 minutes, it will automatically shut down, and the helmet will automatically turn on after picking up/vibrating again. If this function is not turned on, the helmet will be turned off after 5 minutes. At this time, the helmet needs to be turned on and off manually to continue to be used and will be turned off automatically after standing for 5 minutes.

AI voice operation method (AI voice and mobile phone interaction function)

1. When using the AI voice operation part, the Android phone needs to turn off the WiFi connected to the helmet device first (WiFi of individual mobile phone devices occupies the network channel, and the mobile phone is in a network-free state at this time)
2. Turn on the voice assistant of the mobile phone (if the mobile phone does not have the function of voice assistant, the Bluetooth intelligent voice interaction function of the helmet cannot be used) Example:
   • Huawei Mobile Phone: Settings-Smart Assistant-Smart Voice-Voice Wake-up-Select to Turn on Apple Mobile Phone: Settings-Siri and Search-Open and Wake up with “Hey Siri”
   • OPPO Phone: Settings: Breeno Voice- Select to Turn on
   • VIVO Mobile Phone: Settings-JOVI-Jovi Capability Settings-Voice Assistant- Select to Turn on
3. Bluetooth is turned on when the helmet is turned on. Find the Bluetooth name of the device “ZNTK_**** (4-digit random code)” in the mobile phone settings and pair it. After successful connection, the helmet device will have a prompt tone “Bluetooth Connected”.
4. Wear a helmet and use the wake-up command “Hey Siri” to wake up the mobile phone assistant. Example:
   • “Hey Siri” heard the tone of “Dong”: “Navigate to Shenzhen Baoan International Airport”
   • “Hey Siri”, call *** “
5. “Answer the phone” when calling and “reject the call” during the call do not need to say the wake-up word “Hey Siri”
   • “Hey Siri, send a text message to ***”, the device replied: Please say the content of the text message. You said that the machine will repeat the content of “Dinner Tonight” and ask if you are sure to send it.
   • “Hey Siri, send WeChat to ***”
   • “Hey Siri, send WeChat location to ***”
   • “Hey Siri, turn volume up”/”turn volume down”
   • “Hey Siri, tell a joke.”
   • “Hey Siri, I want to hear the sports news.”
   • “Hey Siri, weather”
   • “Hey Siri, turn on QQ music and play Andy Lau’s songs”
   • “Hey Siri, next”/”Last”

Note: The “Hey Siri” voice wake-up command can not only wake up the iOS mobile phone assistant, but also be used for non-iOS mobile phones to wake up their own voice assistant. Mobile phones without mobile phone assistants are not supported.

Common troubleshooting

1. Do not start up: Please confirm whether the equipment has enough power. Or press the reset key with the Type-C charging line connected.
2. The recorder function cannot record or the video has lost frames or crashed:
   • Please connect the APP before using it, and format the TFC card through the formatting function on the APP before recording.
   • Please confirm whether you are using a high-speed card above Class 10. TFC card speed cannot meet the requirements, and helmet recorder files cannot be transmitted to the card in time to store records.
3. APP preview screen is not smooth or download speed is slow (related to mobile phone operation):
4. Emptying unnecessary programs that are still running in the background will make the mobile phone run faster.
5. Under the condition of complex electromagnetic environment, WiFi transmission function of helmet recorder will also be affected.
6. The record shows that the time is not synchronized: just connect helmet equipment frequently through APP.
7. The video cannot be watched or stuck after downloading to the mobile phone photo album: Due to the compatibility problem of individual brands of Android mobile phones, the player can be upgraded or played through other players, or the memory card can be played on the computer through the card reader.
