PRODUCT OVERVIEW

PAIRING

1. Please place both TWS into the charging case and close the lid (about 3 seconds).
2. Please open the lid of the charging case, and long-press the reset button inside the case(about 8-12 seconds), please note that you need to release your hand as soon as all 4 white lights above the reset button are on.
3. Then you will see the light blinking in the right touch area(about 2 seconds later), which means SportSounc has been reset and ready for pairing.
4. Please continue to keep the lid open, then go to Bluetooth settings and select ‘Palovue SportSound” on your Bluetooth audio device.
   – Once successful, there are two prompts: “pairing successful” and ” connected”.
   – Once reconnected, there is a prompt “connected”.

The Earbuds LED lights will flash when the MIC is enabled during a call.

WEARING

Steps

To achieve the most comfortable fit and sound for your TWS, take time to test out the various tip saes to find the best fitting size. It is normal to use differently sized tips in each ear.

Step 1: Place the earbuds into your each ea, like picture 1.

Step 2: Whirl the earbuds to be comfortable, like picture 2.

Step 3: Put on the ear hooks and adjust to fit your ears, ensure the Mic 2 align with mouth, like picture 3.

CHARGING

• The TWS will start charging once they are placed into the charging case and the lid closed.
• The chargig case LED will indicate the charging status:

Charging: Solid red light on case.

Fully charged: Solid green light on case.

‘To shortly press the button on the charging case, it will indicates the power of the case.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Factory Reset:

• Place both TWS M the charging case and close the lid.
• Open the charging case, press & hold the case button until the four case LED lights started blinking (about 8-12 seconds)
• The SportSound TWS has been reset and is ready to pair.
