1. Your pet needs a firm leash to prevent violent reac�ons during training. You can hold the leash to prevent your pet from running around. The safety of you and your pet is very important.

3. Zigpet bark collar is suitable for dogs who weigh more than 3.6 kg and are older than 6 months.

Waterproof Operation Statement
How to tighten the USB rubber plug
- In order to obtain a good waterproof effect, please make sure to plug the silicone plug before each use.
- When the pet is playing in the water or swimming for a long me, please remove the bark collar. Otherwise, it may affect the product performance of the silicone plug and may cause false triggering.
The IP67 standard means that the equipment can be placed in water up to one
meter deep for half an hour without water entering the product and it is also
dust-proof.
Note: The IP67 standard is a static test result of the laboratory.
Turn on/off
PT-TC02 Bark Collar
Press and hold for 3 seconds, the indicators are all on, and you’ ll hear “beep..beep” and vibration for twice. It indicates the bark collar is successful turn on. A er the bark collar turns on, the current battery level will be displayed for 2 seconds, and then it will enter the standby state aer 2 seconds.
Press and hold , the bark collar will beep and vibrate .
Pairing mode
- Within 30 seconds of restarting, press three mes continuously to enter the pairing mode, and the level indicator light will flashes slowly.
- Press the key and key of the remote control at the same time for 3 seconds.The remote control will transmit a pairing signal to the b ark co l l ar, and the ch ann el number of the remote control will flash 5 mes quickly.
- Aer the pairing is successful, the bark collar will beeps “beep..beep” , and the battery indicator lights will be displayed one by one.
- In the pairing mode, if the pairing is not successful for more than 30 seconds, the bark collar will automatically exit the pairing mode.
Battery and charging
- In the standby state of the bark collar, press to check the current battery level.
- When the battery level is low, the low battery and power icons will flash once every 5 seconds. Aer 10 minutes, the bark collar will automatically turn off.
- When the battery power is lower than level 2, please start charging.
- During the charging, the bark collar will stop working and indicate the current charged battery level. The normal charging me of the bark collar is 2 hours.

**Sound, vibration and electric shock training
**
Sound mode training
- When the remote control is in standby state, short press the vibration, the bark collar will long beep once.
- When the remote control is in the standby state, long-press the remote control’s button, the bark collar will long beep once every second.
Vibration mode training
- When the remote control is in the standby state, short press the vibraton, and the bark collar vibrates.
- When the remote control is in the standby state, long-press the vibration, and the bark collar vibrates every second.
Shock mode training
- When the remote control is in standby state, short press the [El button, the bark collar starts to electric shock
- When the remote control is in standby state, long press the [El button, the bark collar will output electric shocks and long beep once every second.
Set the vibration/electric shock level
- When the remote control is in the standbystate, short press the button. It will switch between vibration and electric shock modes and display the current vibration or electric shock level.
- Short press the let key or key t adjust the vibration or electric shock level.
- The level of vibration and electric shock is adjustable among 1-9.
Channel settings
When the remote control is in standby state, short press the key, the remote control will switch between channel 1 and channel 2. The bark collar will display a running water light to indicate that the remote control has been correctly switched to the corresponding channel. Each channel can be paired with one bark collar.
Battery and charging
- When the battery level is low, the low battery icon flashes once every 5 seconds unil the battery is exhausted.
- When the battery power is lower than level 1, please start charging.
- The remote control will display the current charged battery level during charging, and the normal charging me of the remote control is 2 hours.
Factory Reset
Within 15 seconds of restarting, press and hold the key and key for 3 seconds, and the lights will light up one by one. It indicates that the factory reset successfully.

Set the appropriate level according to the dog’s temper and the degree of
endurance to electric shocks. Please start training from the lowest level.
For example, the dog responds to the level of electric shock with ear shaking,
tongue licking, neck tightening, etc. This is the appropriate level. The level
of electric shock varies according to the training conditions. If the dog’s en

How to install electric shock contactors
The shorter contactors have been installed. If it is not long enough,
please replace the long contactors.
How to install the skin protector
The silicone protector can effectively reduce the damage to the dog’s skin
by the electric shock contactors
Function Test
A er the assembly is successful, it is recommended to perform a functional test. Please follow the steps below to test.
- Short press or long-press the button on the remote control to test the sound, the bark collar will make a “beep…beep” sound.
- Short press or long-press the button on the remote control to perform vibration test, the bark collar will vibrate according to different vibration levels.
- Press the test board on the electric shock pole of the bark collar, short press or long-press the remote control’s button to perform the electric shock test, the light on the test board will be lighted up. The higher the shock level, the brighter the light.
How to Wear
The range of the dog’s neck circumference is between 20cm-62cm (8 inches-25 inches). Please adjust the collar and modes before putting it on.
- Determine the length of the collar, and adjust the lock slider and bark collsr to the position shown in the picture.
- Insert the extra collar into the slider.
- Wear it on the dog’s neck and adjust to the proper tightness.
- Adjust the bark collar to the positon of the dog’s throat, adjust the ghtness of the collar to the best position, and ensure that the contactor’s head is in contact with the skin.
Q&A
Q: Why the bark collar does not work when the remote control is operated by
electric shock?
A: There may be three reasons. The first is that the remote control and
the bark collar are not paired, so please try to pair again. Secondly, the
electric shock contractors do not touch the skin, so please try to adjust the
tightness of the collar to ensure good contact between the contactors and the
skin. Third, the level setting is not high enough, so please try to increase
the level of the electric shock mode.
Q: Are the sensors safe and humane?
A: All the bark training modes will not cause any direct harm to the pet,
but it will make them feel very uncomfortable. Even so, please do not overuse
this product on pets. Please refer to all safety statements in the user
manual.
Q: The bark collar and remote control do not work?
A: There may be two reasons. First of all, the remote control and the bark
collar are not turned on, please refer to the manual on the turn-on operation.
Secondly, the batteries of the remote control and the bark collar are
exhausted. Please charge the bark collar and the remote control. The charging
me is about 2 hours.
