PARTS DESCRIPTION
SAFETY

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.

The user must not leave the device unattended while it is connected to the supply.

This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose, it is made for.

This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.

To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

NOTE: The chopping blades are very sharp, avoid physical contact during emptying and cleaning the device, you can seriously injure.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil, or plastic from the device.
- Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
- Put the power cable into the socket. (Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device matches the local voltage before connecting the device. Voltage 220V-240V 50/60Hz)
- Never use the mixer for longer than 1 minute continuously, after this allow the mixer to cool down for 5 minutes.
- The blades of the slicing and chopping disk and the blade chopping are very sharp, avoid physical contact, you can seriously injure.
USE
Using the chopper
- The hand blender is intended for:
- Blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes.
- Mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
- Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
- Put the S/S stick on the base until it clicks.
- Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients to avoid splashing.
- Press and hold the normal or turbo speed button to switch on the appliance. When using the normal speed button, you can adjust the speed with the speed controller. The higher the speed, the shorter the processing time required.
- When you use the turbo-speed button, the appliance operates at maximum speed. In this case, you can’t adjust the speed with the speed controller.
- Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in circles.
Using the Stick blender
- Place the stick blender onto the engine unit and press until it locks.
- Press and hold the normal or turbo speed button to switch on the appliance. When using the normal speed button, you can adjust the speed with the speed controller. The higher the speed, the shorter the processing time required.
- To unlock the stick blender, press the release buttons and take off the stick blender
- Always use the delivered measuring cup for pureeing and chopping fruit, vegetables, and small pieces of meat.
Using the hand mixer
- Place the whisk base on the engine unit and press until it locks.
- Place the guard in the whisk base. To remove the guard from the whisk base, just pull out the guard from the whisk base.
- Press and hold the normal or turbo speed button to switch on the appliance. When using the normal speed button, you can adjust the speed with the speed controller. The higher the speed, the shorter the processing time required.
- You can stir minor ingredients such as egg white, cream, instant desserts, and eggs and sugar for cakes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always remove the plug from the socket when the device will be cleaned.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pads,s or steel wool, which damages the device.
- Never immerse the electrical device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher-proof.
- The components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. If exposed to heat or caustic cleaners they might become misshapen or discolored.
