- Why the wireless charger cannot charge the phone? The phone is not aligned to the changing area or the receiving coil is not properly installed.
- Why it will be hot when charging? It is normal that the receive coil or the laugh plate fever at wireless charging process.
- Why it turn off and on when charge the device? a. The current is not enough or voltage instability if using the adapter to charge. Please use a qualified adapter. b. Charging poison is too partial to cause the electromagnetic induction is not good. Please adjustable the charing position.
- Why the phone cannot be charge even though that the host light is normal? Mobile phone receiver coil with some defective, It is recommended to update the receiving coil or repair the phone. (Built-in receiver coil)
