Installation Steps
- Please use qualified AC adapter Connect the usb power cord. The AC adapter should be 9V 1.67A or ’20W above, otherwise insufficient input electric current might cause unstable charging.
- When the power is connected, Product front the led Continuous light.
- Place the back of the charging device with magnetic attraction function to the Product front, will attract each other, and automatically align the charging position to start charging.
- Product front the led indicator will keep flashing or the charging pad will switch off by itself when charging goes wrong.

- Charging is slow. The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coll allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application.
- The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light flashes. If the charging current is not enough, please use a charging head (adapter) with sufficient power 9V/1.67A or 20W above.
- Charging fever. It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the plate is too warm, take your phone off the plate, and switch the plate off. The plate may switch off automatically If it is too hot. when the plate has cooled down, try charging again.
- The charger does not work. Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards on the charging area. If the product does not work due to overheating, please take off the phone and wait for it to cool down and try charging again.
- The host indicator is normal, but the mobile phone cannot work. It is recommended to replace the receiving coil or repair the mobile phone.
- The indicator light of the host is not bright. If the host fails, contact ofter-sales maintenance.
