UNIT OVERVIEW
The Rapsodo Diamond Unit has 1 power port, 1 WiFi port and a power LED. All configuration and usage of the device is via the Rapsodo Diamond application on your computer, tablet or smart phone.

SETUP TIPS
For optimum performance, we recommend that you use place the unit flat on the
ground.
POWERING ON AND CHARGING
Powering On/Off
To turn on Rapsodo Diamond, press the power button. The power LED will turn
GREEN, the WiFi LED will turn RED and the Ready LED will turn RED, you can
start connecting Rapsodo Diamond to your mobile device.
To turn off Rapsodo Diamond, press the power button again.
Charging
Plug the USB cable into a PC or other USB charger, such as your mobile phone charger, to charge the internal battery. The power LED will turn AMBER when Rapsodo Diamond is charging.
CONNECTING THE DEVICE WIRELESSLY
- Activate Wi-Fi on your mobile device or PC.Make sure that the Rapsodo Diamond unit is powered on. Connect your mobile device or PC to the access point that starts with “DIAMOND”. 2. Start the Rapsodo Diamond application on your mobile device or PC. You can go to www.rapsodo.com to download the application. 3. Once the Rapsodo Diamond unit detects the connection from the application, all the LEDs will turn green.
HITTING YOUR FIRST SHOT
- Once the Rapsodo Diamond unit is connected,place the mono side towards the pitcher and the stereo side towards the batter.
- Make sure the Rapsodo Diamond unit is placed flat on the ground, without any elevation.
- When a ball is hit, the LED laser will turn off andyou can view your data in the application.
- The LED laser will turn on again when the unit is ready for you to hit your next shot.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Rapsodo Diamond uses advanced optics that are behind the plastic window. Scratches and dust or other issues that impact the window quality may interfere with Rapsodo Diamond operation. Keeping the window clean and scratch-free will ensure the measurement accuracy and longevity of your Rapsodo Diamond system. To clean the plastic window, use a small amount of water and wipe with a clean cotton cloth in a single wipe. Do not use any chemicals to clean the window.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Solution |
---|
When charging, the power LED does not come
on.
| Check if the USB cable is connected to a valid
power socket.
Wi-Fi LED is not turning green.| Make sure to only start the application AFTER connecting the unit’s Wi-Fi to your device. The Rapsodo Diamond unit LEDs show connected
only when the application is open.
Results seem inaccurate.| Be sure to position Rapsodo Diamond unit correctly, ensuring that there is no elevation for
the unit and that it is flat on the ground.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation. Any Changes or
modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and
