USER GUIDE
PORTAL Charging Stand
- Please use the USB-C cable included in the PORTAL package to ensure the best charging efficiency.
- Please use a DC of at least 5V/3A (15W) charger is recommended for best charging efficiency.
- Use the USB-C cable and plug in the USB-C port on bottom of charging stand and other side plug in the charger.
- After iPhone 12 series, its can perfectly aligned for magnetic wireless charging on power bank.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
- Please do not place any objects, such as coins, on top of the charger while charging.
- Please charge with a wireless charging compatible phone case or without phone case while charging.
- Within 2mm thickness phone case recommended.
- During use, if charging stops because the charging pads are overheating, remove device, wait for it to cool down before charging again.
- Please use a DC of at least 5V/3A (15W) charger is recommended for best charging efficiency
WARNINGS
- Do not pull on the power cord to avoid breakage or disconnect.
- Do not disassemble, throw into fire or submerge under water to avoid short circuit of electrocution.
- Do not use it in extreme temperature, damp or corrosive environments to avoid damage to the circuit and electrocution.

- Failure caused by improper operation of the user shall not be guaranteed.
