Please do not use the massager with the following medical electronic devices:

1. Implantable medical electronic devices, such as pacemakers.

Warning
When the high-frequency surgical equipment and the massager are applied on a patient at the same time, the electrode pads of the massager may cause burns or damage the massager. When the product is applied close to (1M) a short-wave or microwave treatment device, the output of the massager may be unstable.

During massaging, don’t contact wounds and scars with the electrode
During massaging, don’t place the electrode near the heart. Otherwise, it will increase the risk of heart fibrillation
The massager is recommended to be used by one user. In case it’s used by two or more users, the electrode pads should be cleaned before use. When using the product, the electrode pads should be tightly attached to the skin in uniform contact.

The electrode pads of the massager have a heating function. Hot compress on the same part for a long time (more than 15 minutes) may cause low-temperature burns. In case of discomfort during or after usage, stop using it and seek medical attention

Operation Method (of the Massager)

1. Put the massager on the neck.

2. Press and hold the ( ) key for seconds to turn on the massager with voice a  prompt “Power On”, the green breathing light will flash on;
3. In the power-on state, press and hold the ( ) ) key to turn off the massager  with a voice prompt “Thanks for using”;
4. In the power-on state: short press the “H” key to adjust the temperature with a  voice prompt “High heating – Heating off – Low Heating – High heating’
5. Press the I’M” key to switch the mode with a voice prompt “Taping Scrape Acupuncture Massage Modes Auto Mode’
6. Every time you switch the mode, the intensity returns to the default level 1
7. Long press the I’M” key to turn on or off the voice broadcast function. The broadcast content is “Voice on or Voice off” , When the voice is off, press any key without any prompt sound
8. Short press the “+1′ button to adjust the enhanced low-frequency gear, from 1 to
16. When adjusting the gear, you will hear a notification “one Intensity … to Sixteen Intensity”. Short press the “-Il key to adjust the reduced low- frequency  gear, which can be adjusted from 16-1 -pulse off. When adjusting the gear, you will hear a notification “Sixteen Intensity  to one Intensity – Pulse Offl
9. Press the key for a long time to turn off the pulse, with a voice prompt “pulse  off” ,
10. Memory mode: When the product is turned on, it will memorize the massage mode and intensity of the last time it was turned off and broadcast it by voice.

Operation Method (of the Controller)

1. Press and hold the ( ) key for seconds to turn on the massager with a voice prompt “Power On” , the green breathing light will flash on;

2. In the power-on state, press and hold the ( ) key to turn off the massager with a voice prompt “Thanks for using”,

3. In the power-on state: short press the “H” key to adjust the temperature with a voice prompt “High heating – Heating off – Low Heating – High heating”

4. Press the 11M” key to switch the mode with a voice prompt “Taping Modes

5. Every time you switch the mode, the intensity returns to the default level 1.

8. Press the key for a long time to turn off the pulse, with a voice prompt “pulse off” ,

Postscripts:

1. After pressing and holding the ( (!) ) key or using the controller to turn off the massager: it can remain on for 2 minutes. (You can still turn it on with the controller), if there is no operation within 2 minutes, the massager will be off.
   If you want to use it again, you need to press and hold the d) ) key” of the massager to turn it on;

2. After the massager is turned on, it will automatically be off without any operation within 2 mins;

3. When the battery is too low, the charging indicator flashes red. Please charge it up in time. The massager cannot be turned on when charging, and there will be a voice broadcast Low power”; insert the USB cable to start charging, and the red charging indicator is always on. When the massager is fully charged, the green charging indicator is always on. It takes around 1.5 hours for the device to be fully charged. To charge it, please use a DC5V, IA, or above adapter.

Precautions

1. Do not sleep while using this product (in case of burns)
2. For patients with acute swelling or bleeding in the abdomen, please consult a doctor before use.
3. The continuous use interval is at least 1 hour.

Routine maintenance and cleaning

1. When cleaning and maintaining the device, turn it off and clean the electrode pads with wet tissue paper. When it’s especially dirty, use a small amount of medical alcohol (alcohol concentration of 75%) to wide and disinfect.
