Maintenance and Cleaning

Periodically clean the play yard components with a 80ft damp cloth. Wipe clean with a sponge and neutral equipment.Always dry the metal parts on the play yard to avoid the fonnatior1 of rust Periodically check the play yard for signs of damage or worn parts. Do not use If any part Is damaged . Do not use scoring powers or abrasive cleaners.

WARNING

  • Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child. When used for playing, NEVER leave child unattended.
  • Play-yard MUST be fully assembled with all top rails and center floor handle locked into position prior to use. Make sure latches are secure.
  • DO NOT place child in play yard unless all top rails and center floor handle are securely locked into position and mattress pad is in proper place. Infant may roll into space between pad and loose mesh sides causing suffocation.

  • Stop using this product when your child reaches 35 inches (89cm) in height, weighs more than 30lbs (13kgs), or is able to climb out.
  • NEVER leave child in product without the walls fully erect. Baby may roll into the sides between the mattress pad and loose mesh sides causing suffocation.
  •  Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joint, broken parts or torn mesh/fabric. Check before assembly and periodically during use. Contact Dream On Me for replacement parts and instructions if needed.
  • Never substitute parts. Although Dream On Me DOES NOT RECOMMEND refinishing this product, if you choose to refinish, use a non-toxic finish specified for children products.
  • Child can become trapped and suffocate when improvised netting or covers are placed on top of play yard. Never add such items to confine child in play yard.
  • Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could lead to injury or death.
  • The products, including side rails, must be fully erect prior to use.
  • To prevent suffocation from entrapment, use ONLY the mattress pad provided by the manufacturer. NEVER use additional mattress or padding.

AVOID SUFFOCATION HAZARDS

Baby can suffocate:

  • In gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides.
  • On soft bedding.
  • NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding
  • If a sheet is used, only use a fitted crib sheet that tucks at least 5cm under the floor pad on all sides to avoid entanglement.
  • Never leave child in product with any side lowered. Be sure all sides are raised and locked into position whenever a child is in the product.
  • Never use plastic shipping bags or another plastic film as mattress covers not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.
  • Never use a water mattress with this product

AVOID STRANGULATION HAZARDS

  • Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around a child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
  • Never suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
  • When child is able to pull to standing position, remove large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
  • Never suspend strings into the play yard.
  • Child in play yard must be under supervision at all times.
  • Never place the play yard near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can struggle a child.

WARNING

Before use, remove and dispose of any plastic bags and keep them out of reach of children to avoid the danger of suffocation. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could lead to injury or death. This product requires adult assembly.

  • Keep play yard away from stoves, heaters, fireplaces, and other hazards which can cause injury to your child.
  • To reduce the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep unless otherwise advised by a physician.
  • DO NOT place more than one child in play yard.
  • DO NOT use in motor vehicle. Child can be seriously injured during an accident or sudden stop.
  • DO NOT move or fold play yard with child in it, child could get injured.
  • Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child.
  • When used for playing, never leave child unattended.

Parts List

Please check to make sure that all of the following parts listed are included in the box when opened. If there are any missing parts, please contact Dream On Me before using the product.

Operation and Installation of Play Yard

  1. Place the product vertically and open the 2 velcro straps. See figure 1.
  2. Unfold the folded mattress pad used for the floor of the play yard. See figure 2.
  3. Draw the four corner posts outward in all 4 directions. Notice that the top rails on each side is bent, connected by a joint. Straighten each side until it locks into place where you’ll hear a clicking sound. If done correctly, the 2 adjacent rails become one long rail. See figure 3.
  4. Pull each corner in all 4 directions and push down on the middle bar in the center of the play yard towards the floor tolock all sides into place. See figure 4.
  5. Place mallnl88 pad on the bottom of play yard with soft side facing up. See figure 5. Lift each and of mattress to insert two hock-end-loop straps through butto~hole openings on botlcm of play yard end adhere underneath. Repeat for opposite and. See figure 5A.
  6. After removing the mattress pad, pull up on the red loop located at the center of the play yard. See figure 6.
  7. On the joint connecting the 2 top rails on each side, grasp it and feel for the locking mechanism underneath the joint. Squeeze and release the locking mechanism and push downward. See figure 7.
  8. Repeat step 7 for the other 3 joints. Then draw in the 4 corner posts. See figure 8.
  9. Wrap the mattress pad around the play yard as it was when removed. See figure 9.
  10. Finish wrapping the mattress pad with the 2 velcro straps. See figure 10.
