Important

Read this user manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference.

• Always unplug the appliance before you reach into the blender jar with your fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula).

Usage

The adjustment

When you settle down the parts you need, turn on the stepless speed regulation. If you want the food processor to move slowly, turn the adjustment a little. If you need the food processor to move fast, turn the adjustment for more. There is another adjustment: pulse switch. Keep touching the pulse switch, the machine will move. Stop touching the pulse switch, the machine will stop moving.

• Knife blade / Plastic knife blade The knife blade is the most versatile of all the attachments. The length of the processing time will determine the texture achieved. For coarser textures use the pulse control.

Use the knife blade for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables, nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups, and to also make crumbs from biscuits and bread.
Do not use the knife blade or dough tool for mixing flour.
To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use it for more than 30 seconds, should cool down the motor for at least 1 minute, for 3 cycles.

• Slicer / Julienne / Potato chipper / Shred discs

Use the Slicer for cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, courgette, beetroot, and onions. Use the Julienne / Potato chipper disc for potatoes for Julienne style French fries; firm ingredients for salads, garnishes, casseroles and stir-fries Use the shredding side for cheese, carrots, potatoes and foods of a similar texture.
To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use more than 3 minutes. Should cool down the motor at least 30 minutes before the next operation.

Blender

1. Fit the sealing ring into the blade base and ensure the seal is located correctly. Leaking will occur if the seal is damaged or not fitted correctly.
2. Screw the jug onto the blade base.
3. Put your ingredients into the jug.
4. Put the filler cap in the lid, then turn.
5. Turn the lid in a clockwise direction to lock it onto the jug
6. Place the liquidizer onto the processor base and turn to lock
7. Select a speed or use the pulse control.
8. Don’t move the jug, lid, and filler cap when the machine is working.
9. 600 g carrots/0,9 L water is to be filled.

Clean

• Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
• Handle the blades and cutting discs with care – they are extremely sharp.
• Some foods may discolor the plastic. This is perfectly normal and won’t harm the plastic or affect the flavor of your food. Rub with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil to remove the discoloration and clean the surfaces which in contact with food.
• Clean the base: wipe the base with a dry rag.
• Clean the parts of the food process (except the base) : put a half a basin of water into the basin, but the parts you want to clean into the water, and then wipe the parts by a rag. After then, wipe the parts with a dry rag.
• Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
