Accessories for KM80

Meat Grinder 1.

• Press arm down to the position shown in the picture.

• Remove front protection cover from arm shown as picture.

• Following the sequence shown in the picture, assemble the cutting screw bar, silicone, blade, and cutting disc into the cutting cylinder, then assemble the cover into the cutting cylinder clockwise.

• Following the sequence shown in the picture, assemble the cutting screw bar, Conductor, and Meatball canister into the cutting cylinder then assemble the cover into the cutting cylinder clockwise.

• Following the sequence shown in the picture assemble the cutting screw bar, Biscuit conductor, and Sausage canister into the cutting cylinder then assemble the cover into the cutting cylinder clockwise.

• Align the arrow on the cutting cylinder to the other one on arm then assemble the prepared cutting cylinder into the arm counter-clockwise shown as picture.

• Assemble loading tray into cutting ylinder then place a bowl under the outlet of cutting cylinder.

• Power on for running

• Turn switch to appropriate speed then put food into feeding inlet with a pusher to push down food

•  Turn the switch to “OFF” when food is ready then unplug and cut off power.

• Remove pusher and loading tray.

• Remove the cutting cylinder from the arm clockwise.

• Align the arrow on the front protection cover to the other one on arm then assemble it into the arm counter-clockwise.
