User can perform factory reset if the system performs unstable or system flies are damaged, you car, access to his function by following:
- Open all settings-chose “Update & security”
- Choose “Recovery· – “Reset the PC”
- Choose “Remove everything” f you want to fully format the device
- Click “Reset” to take action
