Polarized Plug (for US/Canada)
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit outlet only one way. If
the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does
not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

Battery Warnings
- Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types or brands.
- Exhausted batteries should be immediately removed from product and properly disposed.
- Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire.

Symbols Explanation

Before first use
- Check the product for transport damages fore First
- Use Remove all the packing materials.
Operation
NOTICE
Risk of product damage and injury! Lay speaker wires so that no one can
trip over them. Secure with cable ties or tape whenever possible.
NOTICE
Risk of product damage! Before making any connections, unplug the product.
NOTICE
in stereo mode, the active speaker (D) plays the right channel and the
passive speaker (A) plays the left channel.
- Wire the passive speaker (A) to the active speaker (D) using provided speaker wires (N). To do so press on the push type connector (K, S), insert the wire and release to lock.
- Wires must be connected correctly on both speakers (A, D).
- The positive connector (red) on the passive speaker (A) must be connected to the positive connector (red) on the active speaker (D). The same applies to the negative connectors (black).
- Connect the audio cable (0) to the RCA sockets (J). Connect the red plug to the red connector and the white plug to the white connector.
- Connect the other ends of the audio cable (0) to the audio device. Connect the red plug to the red connector and the white plug to the white connector.
- Connect an optical cable (not provided) to the optical socket (H).
- Connect the other end of an optical cable to the audio device.
Installing/replacing the batteries (remote control)
NOTICE
I Use 2 x 1.5 V type MA (R03) batteries (T).
- Remove the battery compartment cover on the backside of the remote control.
- Insert 2 x MA (R03) batteries (T) with the correct polarities(+) and (-) as marked on the battery and inside the battery compartment.
- Slide the battery compartment cover back into place.
Switching on/off
- Connect the supply cord (L) to a socket outlet. The power indicator (P) lights up. The product is in standby mode.
- To switch the product on, press and hold the on/off button (E).
- To select the audio source, press the source button (E) repeatedly.
- To switch the product off, disconnect the power plug from the socket-outlet. The red power indicator (P) goes off.
Controls
NOTICE
The product automatically goes into a standby mode approximately after 15
minutes of inactivity.
Pairing Bluetooth
NOTICE
Bluetooth® pairing is required if the speaker is used the first time with a
new Bluetooth® enabled device.
- After switching on the product, the pairing indicator (P) blinks blue slowly. The product starts the pairing mode automatically.
- If the product does not automatically start pairing mode, press the source button (E) to enter pairing mode. The pairing indicator (P) flashes blue.
- Activate Bluetooth® on the device you wish to pair and search for a new device.
- Select the Bluetooth® device R60BT-A on your device.
Disconnecting Bluetooth
Press and hold the .!ii on the remote control to disconnect the connected
device.
NOTICE
Alternatively, press the source button (E) to select a different audio
source.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug the product before
cleaning.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not immerse the product in water or
other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, or metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from
children and pets. Plug fuse replacement (for UK only)
- Use a flat screwdriver to open the fuse compartment cover.
- Remove the fuse and replace with the same type (3 A, B81362). Refit the cover.
Maintenance
Any other servicing than mentioned in this manual should be performed by a
professional repair centre.
