Warning!
- The software CD comes with the original package for each one, if it is lost or can’t work because that any country’s custom hold it or damaged in shipment , you can download the latest version free from here: http://www.deftun.com
- The software CD is a small one, please check the photo
- Please recharge the machine via USB recharger(as some as a mobile recharger) or computer more than one hour before you use it the first time,
- Please download the “EasyMSR” app from google play or the app store if you want to use the Bluetooth encoder on mobile/Tablet.
- You can search many videos on youtube for how to use the machine.

Windows quick start
Step 1: install MiniTools Software
Step 2: Connection
A. USB Model(MiniDX3,MiniDX4)
- Plug Mini Reader into the computer’s USB port.
- run the “MiniTools” software.
- Select the “HID” connect option.
- Input the initial Mini’s password(numbers “0000”)
B. Bluetooth Model(MiniDX4B,MiniDX5,MiniDX6)
- Open the Bluetooth connection on your computer.
- Find the Bluetooth reader and connect. Setting/control panel >Bluetooth>Find Bluetooth device>Match Bluetooth reader
- Input the initial Bluetooth match password(numbers “0000”)
- run the “MiniTools” software.
- Select the “Auto” connect option.
4. Input the initial Mini’s password(numbers “0000”)
Step: 3
USE

Upload
Click “Upload”, then you can see the tracks info if you swiped the card when it working.

Save Data
Click the “Save” button, and you can save the data to your computer as a TXT file.

Erase data in the mini reader’s memory
Click the “Erase” button, and you can erase all data in the mini reader’s memory (Warning I Please check whether you had save the data first, or not, you will be lost all the data after erasing and can’t find back again!) -
Date/Time
Click “Data/Time” can set or sync time. -
Setting
Click “Setting” can set the Power ModeCharge Mode, Track active Mode and more. -
Change Min i’s Password You can set mini’s password if you like, click “Change pin” , and input your password. (Warning! please don’t forget the password if you had set it, or not, you will connect with the reader, please contact us if you forgot the password)

Transfer mini’s data to new cards you can select any card record to modify or write to new cards.

Select any records as you need to

click the “Write card” button

Click the “Auto-scan” button to find any card writer

Click “Write Card ” and swipe the card.
( Note: please check that you had connect with card writer with your computer first)
How to works on Mac OS?

- Select “HID” connect option and input the initial Mini’s password (numbers “0000”)
- Use the same as windows.
B. Bluetooth Model(MiniDX4B ,MiniDX5,MiniDX6)
- Open the Bluetooth connection on your computer.
- Find the Bluetooth reader and connect.
- Input the initial bluetooth match password(numbers “0000”)
- run the “Mini Bluetooth -,S oftTools” software
- Input the initial Mini ‘s password(numbers “0000”)
- Use the same as windows.
How to works on Mobile/Tablet?

Step 1: Download the “EasyMSR” app from google play or app store.
( Note: The app download need to pay fees!) -
Step 2: Run the app and select “Card Reader”

Step 3: Connection Select the Bluetooth reader that you want to connect and match.
( Note: the Bluetooth match password is number “0000”) -
Step 4: Input reader’s password
(Note: The initial password is number “0000”)
