Clamp the drainage connector P into the column slot. STEP 2: Fix the bottom plate F to column A1/A3 with screws K1.
Fix the column bottom plate F and Q to column A1/A3 with the screws K1.
Insert beam B1 into column A1 and fix it with screws K1.
Insert beam C1 into columns A1, and A3 and fix it with screw K1.
Fix the cover plate G to the columns and beams with screws K2 as the figure below
- Fix the cover plate O to the columns and beams with screws K2 and K1 as the figure below.
- Adjust the position of 6 columns to keep them perpendicular to the ground. Meanwhile, the width of the top of each two columns should be measured in accordance with the width of the bottom of each two columns. Then use a market pen to mark 24 holes on the ground, which should be corresponding to the holes in the bottom plate.
Remove the product from the mark and drill holes of ∅10X80 at 24 mark positions on the ground with a percussion drill.
- Place the plastic expansion pipe in the bottom hole of the column; then move the product back to the hole drilled, align holes of the column bottom plates with the hole drilled on the ground; then set K5 into the wooden screw L and fix it with the ground separately.
- Coat the glass glue M evenly around 6 drain of column and joints of beams.
Place the middle beams D1/D2 on the front and rear beams C1/C2.
As shown in the figure below, clip the louver E into the tail of the bracket of the beams at both ends first, then press down the louver to make it clamp and install in the direction indicated by the arrow at the position 1 and 2 respectively.
Align and fix the hole under D1/D2 with screws K2 and washer K3; then Align and fix the hole on the C1/C2; Install the remaining louvers in turn.
Insert plastic N jam into holes at two ends of the louvers.
Put the hand crank J on, turn to open/close the louvers; installation completed.
