How to connect with your bluetooth earphone device

  1. Take your earphones out of the capsule ,the L &R earphone will pair automatically .
  2. Turn on the bluetooth function in your cellphone, search “HIKER AUDIO T1”and click it to connect .
  3. Enjoy your earphones.

How to recharge your earphones

  1. Open the charger capsule cover
  2. Put the earphones in the left and right ear positions, close the cover, the battery icon starts to flash, it means charging, the battery icon stops flashing when it full, it means the charging is complete, the icon will automatically put out after charging is completed for 5s.
  3. Fully charged need about 1.5 hours ( increased by the battery life )

How to charge the charger capsule

  1. Insert the USB charging cable into the charging hole on the charging compartment and connect to the power source.
  2. If the battery icon of the charging compartment flashes, means it’s harging; Once it becomes 100% and stops flashing, it mean charging is complete.
  3. The charger capsule battery can offer the earphone fully charged 5 times( reduce by the battery life )

Troubleshooting

  1. Can’t charge the earphones
    Ensure that the charger capsule has enough power, checking the cleanliness of the earphone contact point and the charger capsule contact point, if it is dirty or blocked, wipe it with alcohol.

  2. Only a single earphone can listen to songs Red and blue lights flash after turning on the left and right earphones (Only one earbud flashes when connected pairs successfully),long press left and right earphones to turn off manually(turn off mobile phone bluetooth), after pressing the left and right earphones for 8s,the red and blue lights will flash quickly on the left and right earphones, it will automatically team up and become flash light on a single earbud, then connect to the bluetooth again.

  3. The voice becomes smaller Checking whether the earbuds’gel tips and the speaker mesh are dirty, if so, clean up is OK.

Warning, warranty description & Notes

  1. This product has a special patented design, it can meet the needs of business, sports and leisure people. If you accidentally let sweat or rain drop on the earphone body during exercise, please take off the earphone in time and wipe it with a cleaning cloth.
    It is forbidden to wear this product to engage in any water activities.

  2. Using this product at high volume for a long time may affect your hearing. When the equipment is not used for a long time, the charging bin needs to be charged once every 3 months.

  3. Please note that if improperly used, misuse or forceful insertion of earplugs or ear cottons many cause damage to your ear canal and periosteum, or cause other physical harm. Please choose appropriate silicone gel tips according to your ear size.

  4. Please pay attention to safe driving when use the earphones.

  5. Maintenance fees or other fees will be charged appropriately in the following cases:
    1. The product is improperly used, not applicable to the current, improper installation or connected to equipment that is incompatible with our products and other similar reasons.
    2. Purchasing the products dates exceeds six months warranty

  6. Our company will not be able to provide maintenance services in the following conditions which are not covered by the warranty.
    1. Failure or damage due to natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, abnormal voltages, and the environment.
    2. Repost, forged product serial number barcode, the barcode is damaged and the warranty period cannot be identified.
    3. Disassemble or refit the components by yourself or by a manufacturer who is not authorized by the original manufacturer.
    4. The consumables except the product itself, such as: bluetooth earphone’s battery, charging box, earphones, earmuffs, charging cable etc.

  7. Didn’t follow the instructions in the manual or damage caused by improper use, including improper placement, causing the product to be immersed in water, corroded, dropped, squeezed or exposed to abnormal temperature or humidity.
