SIM card Installation

Open packing case, check if terminal is OK and the accessories are intact, or please contact your dealer; You need a suitable SIM card for using the terminal, contact your dealer if any question;

Note:

• The SIM card should support GPRS and GPRS should be opened.
• Inquiry by call needs the SIM card supporting the calling line identification presentation.
• If you enable the PIN code of the SIM card, please use your mobile phone to disable the PIN code.
• Please make sure that the SIM card has a sufficient balance.

Test & Installation

Power On

Turn on the power. Move the device to outdoors make sure the GPS signal is good.

LED Indicators

Red LED flickers fast when the device is searching for GSM network, it flickers slowly when device has registered the GSM network successfully. Blue LED flickers fast when device is searching for the GPS satellite signal, it flickers slowly when device has searched the satellites and been positioned.

Red and blue lights flash slowly (once per 5 seconds ), device works properly.

Installation

Close bottom cover, tighten the screws, adsorb the device to iron.

Setting & Inquiry

Web Platform & APP

Web Browser platform
Login the service platform to set or track device, ask your dealer for the WWW address
Smart phone application
Use smartphone APP, ask your dealer to get the installation package. For example, the Remote set by the Android APP Client

SMS

You can write a SMS command and send it to device to set or request the position of the device, Please refer to the to get commands

Troubleshooting

Platform Cannot connect

1. Is the SIM card installed correctly? Please refer to the installation instructions.
2. Check the status of the LED indicators. If the terminal is OK, the red LED and the blue LED will intermittently and slowly flash.
3. Inquiry the parameters of device via commands and check the accuracy of the parameters.

No positioning
If the GPS is active, but the terminal cannot be positioned for long time, please check the terminal:

1. If the vehicle is in a place where there is no GPS signal.
2. The GSM and GPS signal may be weakened if the device is installed in the place around metal.

Position drift
Position drift will be occur in places where GPS signal is poor. Please move to the open places.

Warranty rules

Special statement

1. technology change without notice.
2. If the color and appearance are inconsistent with those for the actual product, the latter will prevail.
3. The warranty card is only valid for the terminals with the following IMEI.
4.  Please take care of the warranty card and show it with the original purchase receipts when enjoying the warranty service.

Warranty period
Since the date of purchase, the passive waste host has one year warranty.

After sales
Any of the following circumstances not covered by the warranty, but may be appropriate to pay repair:

1. More than the warranty period.
2. Unauthorized removal or repair damaged.
3. Damage caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, and custody.
4. The IMEI label is torn or Obscured.
5. Warranty certificate and product models do not match or warranty certificate be altered.
6. Damage caused by force majeure.
