FAQs
We have two mics used in separate adjacent rooms and they are picking up each other. How can we separate the interference?
You have to change channels.
My computer has bluetooth. Will it recognize this mic and not need a phone?
What you need depends on what you are trying to do. I use this connected directly to my laptop to help support a blended meeting (people online and in the room). I don’t need my phone as the meeting uses my computer internet to connect. Without understanding what you are trying to do, your question is impossible to answer correctly. This unit does exactly what I need it to do (output to local speaker and to Zoom participants).
Can this microphone be used to record interviews onto my android phone?
Yes it can record audio on android, but for recording video You have to use third-party APP like ‘Open Camera’ which enable you to select external microphone. Because Android system blocks any external microphone when taking video by default. Please contact us via support@alvoxcon.net for further assistance.

Can this be used for three mics all feeding into a single PC input?
Please note we have 2 ordinary model, UM210 is a single mic edition, while UM220 is twin mics kit which will be released very soon.
