Q: Regarding the possible non-charging problem of iPhone 12 and iPhone 13
series phones?
A: Because our wireless car charger has FOD function (foreign object alarm
function), if the wireless car charger touches metal, cards and other objects
will activate this function and automatically cut off the power. iPhone 12 and
iPhone 13 series phones have magnet that are charging It will trigger the FOD
function at time, so it is recommended that users of iPhone 12 and iPhone 13
series phones pull down their lower arms to the bottom end before charging to
avoid this problem.
Q: How to better prevent wireless car charger falling from the air outlet?
A: There is an adjustable angle support under our air outlet clip. You can
adjust the angle according to the situation of the air outlet of the car, so
as to better charge and lock the wireless car.charger（Please refer to the

Q: How to improve mobile phone charging speed？
A: First, please use QC 3.0 adapter(NOT INCLUDED) to power this wireless
car charger mount. Other USB port or car charger adapter can’t supply enough
power to this wireless car charger. It may cause intermittent charging.
Second, when charging, try to close some apps that consume more power, release
memory, and improve the phone’s operating speed.
Q: Will the mobile phone fall during driving？
A: First , we had designed the touch button on the top of the wireless car
charger. Compared with the touch button design on the left and right sides, it
can better prevent accidental touch and high sensitivity that may cause the
phone to fall, especially when 360° rotating wireless car charging. Second,
the U-shaped clip arm and silicone protective pad are used to better clamp the
phone to avoid falling, and at the same time, it can better handle bumps well
caused by the dangerous road section, and better protect your phone.
Q: Why is it not come with a stand base in the package？
A: According to customer feed back, we found that the suction cup of the
wireless car charger base will gradually lose its stickiness as the number of
uses increases, causing the car charger and mobile phone to fall off, and when
installed on the dashboard, there will be unstable adhesion, thereby
increasing the insecurity of driving, so this brand new wireless car charger
is no longer equipped with a stand base.
Q: Can my iPhone SE2 use the wireless charging?
A: Yes, all mobile phones with wireless charging function can use this
wireless car charger. If the phone does not show that the charging the first
time you use it, please touch the button above to take out the phone and put
it in again to automatically match.（Tips for iPhone SE2）
Q: Can mobile phones over 6.8 size use this wireless car charger?
A: Yes, Just grab the locks on both sides of the lower arm and pull down to
use.
How to Make It Work Well
- Before using it, please use the provided Type-C cable to connect the phone mount to a USB charging port in your car
- Check whether the QC3.0 car charger adapter is working properly
- Wait 5 seconds after powering up,the arms will open automatically
- If the phone does not automatically match when you put it in, it is recommended that you touch the button to release the arms and put it in again.
- In the case of iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series phones, please pull down the lower arm with wireless car charger to the bottom end before charging.
Product Operating Guide
- Please make sure the product connect to the power before using.
- The LED indicator light on if connected with power.
- The LED indicator will flashes and the product stop charging when the current is too large or there is foreign object.
- Please touch the backside power button to open the two arms, the wireless charging start and the two arms / feet will closing automatically once you put the phone on the charger. Only need to touch the power button again to release two arms and easily remove the phone.
- Please purchase the wireless receiver module or case separately( Not included in the product ) if your phone do not support wireless charging.

- . Please do not vigorously extrude or collide.
- . Please do not dismantle or put it into fire or water when the product is power on , to avoid short circuit or leakage.
- . Please do not use it in severely high temperature , high humidity or corrosive environment , to avoid damage to the circuit leakage.
- Please do not put the magnetic strip or chip card ( Such as ID card, bank card etc ) on the charging pad to avoid to cause magnetic card lose efficacy.
- Please do not put the metal ( Such as coin etc) on the charging pad when charging , to avoid damage from heating.
