The Tape function allows the recording of music from any source. Select your
source then press the Tape button for about 3 seconds. The Tape led (21)
lights up and indicates that the monitoring loop is active. This function can
be used to insert a filter (equalizer type).
Using of the BYPASS Input
Careful: Reduce the volume of the source connected to BYPASS before any use of
the BYPASS Input. The BYPASS Input offers you the capacity to pass threw your
preamplifier so the signal goes directly to the power amplifier with no
attenuation. Use it to plug the output of an A/V processor. To avoid any
trouble you can select this mode only via the front panel of the preamplifier
or with the BYPASS key of the remote control (hold 3 seconds.). Once selected,
mention “BYPASS” appears on display. Then, no other functions are. Press once
more BYPASS to get back from BYPASS mode.
Selection of D/A sources (Digital/analog):
The source selection is made with the keys (27). To switch from analog sources
to digital sources (if you have this option), you must press these 2 buttons
simultaneously. When digital sources are selected, the indicator (23) lights
up.
REMOTE CONTROL
An optional remote control is available. It is equipped with 2 Lithium CR2025 batteries. This remote control is also able to drive all others ATOLL’s products: CD players; Tuner; DACs.
USB INPUT (14)
Your appliance is equipped with a High-Res. asynchronous USB Input (B type).
It will be possible to use it only when you’ll have downloaded the appropriate
driver on your computer. This driver can be freely downloaded on our website
at the page:http://www.atoll-electronique.com/en/products/dac-converters/dac-
converter-dac200/
You will find attached an explanatory note on its installation. This driver is
not useful for MAC or Linux computers.
In order to avoid problems with high quality format transfers (24 bits/192
kHz), it is recommended to use a USB connection cable with ferrite.
ACCEPTED FORMATS
- Accepted format on optical and coaxial Inputs: 16-24 bits (32 kHz, 44,1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88,2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176,4 kHz and 192 kHz).
- Accepted format on USB Input:
- DSD: DSD64 & DSD128.
- PCM : 16-24 bits (32 kHz, 44,1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88,2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176,4 kHz, 192 kHz, 352,8 kHz et 384 kHz).
BLUETOOTH®
Your appliance allows the reception of audio signals sent since any device
having a Bluetooth® transmitter (Smartphone, tab, computer…).
First time association:
- Select Bluetooth® input on the product (leds 22 & 23 switch ON). When led (22) BT is blinking, it means that no device is associated.
- On your transmitter, select your PR in the list of available Bluetooth®.
- Once connected, led (22) BT stays ON.
The whole audio signals of your transmitter will then be transmitted towards
your IN. Your emitter device will remain associated until you unlock the IN
with your Smartphone or switch off your amplifier.
Association of another emitter: If needed, dissociate the previous
transmitter. (Blinking of led (22) BT means that the receiver is searching for
new emitter) then associate it.
For a better transmission between the devices, keep the transmitter closer
than 5 meters from the receiver.
E.C. MARKING
E.C. marking certified the conformity with low tension directive 73/23/CEE,
directive CEM 89/336/CEE and national transpositions.
