Introduction

Congratulations on your purchase of a ZAIGLE S . For the safe and correct use of this product, please take the time to read through this instruction manual and familiarise yourself with the features of your new ZAIGLE S before using it. Please keep this manual for future reference.

Precautions

Warning: imminently hazardous situations which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury or property damage.

  • Only AIS experts should disassemble or repair the product.

  •  Do not touch the unit’s plug with a wet hand.

  • Be careful of touching the upper part, including infrared rays and grill pan, during use or just after use as this could result in severe burns.

  • Do not use the outlet together with other electronic devices.

  •  Use this product after checking that the grill pan and oil drawer are mounted in the appropriate location.

  • Do not leave easily meltable or burnable things around the product

  • Do not lift or move the product during operation.

  •  Do not place objects such as towels on top of it when operating ln framed products.

  •  Mentally and physically disabled children should not use this product without the help of people who understand how it works and who can ensure safety.

  • Do not strain or force to the upper part of the product.

  •  Do not allow cooking ingredients to touch the heating unit.

  • When cleaning the product, do not spray water directly on the body.

  • Do not use the appliance if the power cord, plug, or the appliance itself is damaged.

  •  For your safety, contact your dealer or authorized service center for assistance or a replacement if the power cord is damaged.

  •  This product is only for home cooking, do not use it for any other purpose.
    Note Dangerous situations which, if not avoided, cou Id result in slight injury or damage to your property.

  •  Be careful when using this product as its surroundings can get very hot. Do not put heat-sensitive goods close to it.

  •  Be careful of splashing oil from cooking ingredients.

  •  Do not look at the infrared lamp and pan for a long time while you’re cooking.

  • Check the amount of oil in the oil drawer from time to time to prevent overflowing,

  • Keep the power cord safe from sharp wounds or pressure from heavy things.

  • Clean only stainless steel safety net around the infrared heating unit. Do not disassemble or clean excessively.

  • Do not wash infrared lamps by disassembling or putting some equipment into the gap between stainless steel net.

  • Be careful not to shock products, it may cause cracks on the lamp or malfunctions.

  • When not using the product, remove the power plug from the outlet.

  • When removing the power plug, you must hold the plug properly.

Preparation before Use

Setting grill pan

  1. To mount the grill pan, insert an oil-drain hole of the bottom pan into the center hole on the body part.
  2. For cleaning and storing your grill pan, separate the pan in a vertical direction from the body.

Mount Oil drawer

  1. Place the oil drawer as shown in the figure.
    Tip. Put 50ml of water in the oil cleaner before cooking. Remove this after use and when washing.

  2. To remove the oil drawer from the body, stay horizontal separation and gently pull outwards to keep oils in it.

Product Use

  1. After mounting the pan and oil drawer, plugin.
  2. Turn the power dial up to 5 and preheat the grill pan for about 5 minutes. Then place cooking ingredients on the pan. (Smoke and smell from infrared ray heating parts may occur on initial use. This will disappear soon)
  3. After the ingredients are cooked, lower the temperature by turning the dial left from 4 to 1.
    Tip. Turning the temperature dial (up to 5, at least 1) to the left or right, allows you to keep your food at your desired temperature.
    Tip. If the grill pan is overheated, the infrared lamp will automatically turn off to lower the temperature and it will turn on when the temperature is correct.

Cooking Guide

o ZAIGLE enables you to do oven cooking, grill cooking, grilled fish, seafood dishes, and a variety of snacks without oil and you can cook without defrosting.

Oven Cooking Steaks, chops, back ribs, baking, pizza, grilled salmon, etc.
Grill Cooking Bacon, beef, chicken drumsticks, duck Ross, pork cutlet, eel,

etc.
Grilled Fish| Mackerel, Cutlass fish, and all kinds of fish
Seafood| Roasting king crab, shrimp, clams, and other seafood
Snacks| Sweet potatoes, potatoes, chestnuts, fruits, vegetables, garlic, buns and frozen food

  • Preheat the pan for 5 minutes before cooking.
  • Cooking time may vary according to ingredients, their size, thickness, and whether it is refrigerated.
  • lt is convenient to use long enough tongs when cooking and tasting.
    Grilled Meat
    Grill up and downside of meat by turning it over on the preheated pan for a minute. You can enjoy moist roasted meat. You can decide the time and degree of cooking as you desire.
    Grilled Fish
    Preheat a grill pan for about 5 minutes. Make cuts in the body of the fish with a knife, and grill up and downside of the fish by turning it over in the pan. You can enjoy moist grilled fish dishes without drying them out.
    Seafood and shellfish
    Clean the shells and put them on the preheated pan for 5 minutes. Cook at medium heat (level 3-4) for a few minutes. ln the case of shellfish, if the mouth opens, and starts to boil, you can eat the juicy.
    Note: When cooking shellfish, splashing water is too hot. lt is safer to open the shellfish before cooking. Avoid cooking meat and shellfish together to prevent oil splashing.  When overheated oil comes into contact with water it can be dangerous.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Body
o Do not wash the body.
o Tum off the power, let the body cool down, and wipe it by rubbing it with a dry cloth.
Grill Pans
1 Remove the debris off the grill pan, above all.
2 Keep it dry with a soft cloth, wipe the remaining residue, oil or pour a little hot water to heat and dissolve the oil with a dried cloth.
Oil drawer
1 Empty the oil after separating the drawer from the body.
2 Wash the rest of the oil in the water.
C-Bend tube column
o, Wipe with a dry cloth after turning off the heat to cool.

Storage

o Turn off the power and remove the plug from the socket.
o, Keep the product on a firm and covered table or storage closet.

Environ ment

o If the appliance is no longer in use, it should be disposed of in the designated waste recycling facility.

Simple check-list before AIS service request

If the heat lamp does not work at all.
o, Make sure the power plug is properly plugged into the outlet.
o, Make sure the power dial is turned to the ON position.
o, Make sure the power supply voltage matches the product.
If there is smoke or a smell on the first use of the infrared heating unit (the upper part of the product).
o This aging process occurs during first use. You can safely use the product as this will not continue.
o The smell of smoke in the aging process disappears within a few minutes.
If the stainless safety net at some infrared heating section has become discolored.
o There could be some discoloration during the factory inspection.www.zaigle.pl
