Frequently Asked Questions
-
When my wireless earphones are fully charged, how do I know?
When your earbuds are plugged in and charging, the charging case will blink red. The LED will stop flashing and become solid red once fully charged. -
On Bluetooth headphones, where is the power button?
On your earbuds, look for the Bluetooth activation button. It must be on the backside of one of the earbuds, or in another location, such as the cable if your earphones have one. For 3 to 5 seconds, press and hold the activation button. -
What makes Bluetooth headphones different from wireless headphones?
The main distinction is in the way the headphones are connected to a media player. Wireless headphones can employ radio waves, infrared, internal memory, or KleerNet to send audio signals, whereas Bluetooth headphones use short- range radio waves. -
What causes my earbuds to hurt?
The in-ears are too deep — Putting your earbuds or IEMs too far into your ears can cause damage to your inner ears. Vibrations from earbuds/IEMs can induce eardrum pain, especially if the device is put too close to the eardrums. -
How do I boost the loudness of my earbuds?
If you have an Android device, go to settings and pick sound. The various sound options will be visible. Select the media option and customize it to your liking. You can do so while listening to music, as it will lead you to the ideal settings. -
Why have my Bluetooth headphones suddenly become so quiet?
Some phone operating systems may cause the loudness to be too low. The most common solution for Android devices is to disable Bluetooth Absolute Volume in the phone’s settings. This may be found in your phone’s Developer Options for some devices. -
Why can’t I connect more than one Bluetooth earbud?
Depending on your audio settings, headphones may only play in one ear. Check your audio properties to make sure the mono option is disabled. Also, make sure that the voice levels on both earphones are equal. -
Why aren’t my earbuds communicating with one another?
Turn off your device’s Bluetooth option. Remove the earbuds from the casing and they will automatically turn on. To manually sync the left and right earbuds, double-press both of them at the same time. NOTE: Try it again if it doesn’t work the first time. -
Should I charge my earbuds while they’re in the case?
Lithium-ion batteries are used in almost all wireless earbuds, and they are engineered to stop charging once they are fully charged. Your earphones will be protected from harsh temperatures, moisture, and even dust if you keep them in the case. -
When not in use, can I store wireless earbuds in a charging case?
Never keep your earbuds or charging case plugged in for an extended period of time. Unplug the cable once they’re fully charged. If you’re intending to put your headphones away for a week or more, check the manual for any specific storage instructions.
