Instructions for use

  • After the product is connected to the power supply, it will enter the standby state
  • Place the wireless charging watch in the charging area for wireless charging.

How to solve the charging abnormality

  • Please confirm whether your watch has the wireless charging function before use;

  • Check whether the watch deviates from the wireless induction charging area of the charger.

  • Whether the charging watch uses a non-metallic protective shell, and the thickness of the protective shell is recommended not to exceed 4 mm.
    When a metal object contact the charging area,the charger will automatically identify and protect the power off.

  • When the temperature of charger is too high, it will automatically start the protection, unplug the power first, and then use it after the temperature is restored.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why does the wireless charging have heating phenomenon?

A: In the charging process, there will be a certain loss of magneto electric conversion. this part of the loss will be converted into heat, causing the watch and the charger to generate heat, which is a normal phenomenon.

When the device is fully charged, please disconnect the charging in time to avoid long-term cycle charging, which will cause the device and the charger to continue to heat;

When the watch is charging, it is recommended not to use the watch function while charging, to avoid prolonged charging time, resulting in continuous heating and failure.
