We are not held liable for any loss or injury caused by improper use. If you encounter a problem with your Winny® product, please contact your local dealer for customer services.

LTD makes products at the best quality we are able to offer. All Winny®
products have been inspected against defects in materials and workmanship
prior to leaving factory. Winny® is happy to offer warranty for the repair or
replacement of pool products for one (1) year only for battery, motor and PCB
from the date of purchase. The provisions of this Limited Warranty only apply
to the original purchaser. Please keep your original store sales receipt, as
this proof of purchase will be required and must accompany warranty claims to
Winny® or its designated agents. This
Limited Warranty does not apply without proof of purchase; or should the
purchaser modify or repair the product themselves or by unauthorized people;
use non-Winny® parts or accessories with the product; use the product in
contravention of the manufacturer’s instructions; use improper voltage; abuse
the product in any way; or through accident or negligence. This Limited
Warranty will not cover consequential damages, including claims for loss of
water, pool chemicals, damage, or labor, normal wear-and-tear; nor acts of
God outside the control of Winny®. Non-manufacturing defects, such as grasses
that may grow through the ground cloth and/or pool liner are examples of which
Winny® cannot be held responsible for.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Winny®, ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS, RELATED ENTITIES, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states or countries, or other jurisdictions, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty is not extended to close-outs, factory seconds, or resold products (i.e. garage sales, online auctions, or online retailers not purchased directly from Winny®). Any issues with items purchased from these types of vendors/sellers will need to be addressed through these stores. Items purchased from seasonal stores will be treated with an “All Sales Final” Policy instead.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
Failure to comply with the following cautions could cause damage to pool
cleaner or personal loss and injury.
- The cleaner must be operated as specified.
- To reduce the risk of injury, do not permit children to operate this cleaner.
- Do not let anyone, especially small children, ride on the cleaner or paly the cleaner as a toy.
- Do not use the cleaner in your pool if the water temperature is above 35℃ (95℉) or below 10℃ (50℉).
- Do not switch on the cleaner when it is out of water.
- Do not enter pool while the cleaner is in water.
- Always clean and wash the filter basket in the cleaner after each use.
- In order to avoid any accident or damage, it is strongly recommended to remove the cleaner from the pool and to keep the cleaner indoor and at least 3m (appr. 10ft) from the edge of the pool for charging.
- Do not charge the cleaner if the environment temperature is above 40℃ (104℉) or below 10℃ (50℉).
- Connect charger to receptacle protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
- Dry the charging port after removing the cleaner out of water and make sure the cleaner is switched off (the indicator is off) if you want to charge the cleaner.
- Do not over charge the cleaner which will reduce the battery life.
- To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not use the charger if the cord is damaged.
- Never open power kit.
- Use only identical replacement parts when servicing. Do not attempt repair of the cleaner and charger by yourself. Do not charge any other devices with this charger.
- The cleaner should be charged if it needs to be stored for a long time (over 6 months) to maintain battery life.
- The cleaner should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunshine.

Section 1. Introduction
The robotic pool cleaner HJ3172 Plus is a new type of highly efficient and
energy-saving swimming pool cleaning robot. It cleans the pool walls and
bottom automatically without replacing the pool water. It is totally
environmental-friendly.
For safe operation, the cleaner is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery
(12.1V, 8.8Ah).

Section 5. Operating Instructions
Power button and indicator

Turn on the power
Put into the pool with the cleaner bottom towards the wall. Hold on the robot and power on the cleaner. The cleaner will start working after 20 seconds when emptying trapped air inside (make sure to empty the inside air in order to make the robot work well), then the cleaner can immerse into the pool floor.
Let it clean
The robotic cleaner shall run around the pool floor and wall and vacuum the debris automatically for about 90 minutes until it runs out of battery and stops.
Retrieve the cleaner
The cleaner will move to pool edge when finish working, then use the hook to lift it out of the pool.
Note: Attach the retrieving hook to a standard 1¼ inch diameter pool pole (not included).
Filter cleaning
Open the top cover: Put the robot aside the pool and open the top cover
(Figure 4-1), the filter basket is located as show in Figure 4-2.
Take out the filter basket (Figure 4-3)

Re-install the filter basket in reverse steps
Charge the battery
Remove the cleaner from the pool
- Power off (no indictor flashes) the cleaner
- Attach the charging connector to the charging socket. The indicator lamp on the charger shall turn red when charging. It should turn green once fully charged.
Note: Charge the cleaner indoor and at least 3m (appr. 10ft) from the edge of the pool for charging.

Section 6. Smartphone Control
Initial operation

Make sure Bluetooth is active on your smartphone and download and activate the WYRobot app (Get access to Bluetooth and location).

Push the power button forward, then bule light is on.

Push the power button backward and forward in 5 seconds, then purple light flashes.

Click on the search button. The app searches for and displays the serial number of the nearest Winny robot.

Click on the Winny serial number displayed on your screen.

Set up the pool information and cleaning mode.

Push the power button backward to finish the set-up.

Power on the cleaner.

Synchronize the data to Winny robot after set-up and enter the dashboard interface. Hereafter the program runs every time, you will enter the dashboard interface. You can view and modify the settings.
