User Manual

The Noddles Snuggle pillow consists of a pillow with a matching sleeve, both made from 100% cotton. The pillow is filled with flax seed of biological origin.

Recommendations for the use of the Noddles Snuggle pillow:

When breastfeeding, the Snuggle pillow can be used as a hot or cold compress.
If your baby has colic.
For preheating a cot, a bath towel or the Noddles Wrap.
If your baby cries or can’t settle down, the Snuggle pillow can be relaxing.

How to use the Snuggle pillow:

Always read the instructions in the user manual before using. Follow these instructions for your own safety and for the safety of others and keep the instructions at hand.
Never place the Noddles Snuggle pillow directly on the bare skin.
Do not heat the pillow longer than the recommended heating time. Reheat the Snuggle pillow only, when it has cooled down to room temperature.
After heating let the pillow cool down for 1 minute before using it. Then check the temperature, for instance by holding it against the inside of your wrist.
Always use the Snuggle pillow with its matching sleeve.
Before use, wash/launder the sleeve at 30 degrees Celsius.
Do not put the sleeve in the dryer and/or dry clean it.

The Noddles Snuggle pillow as a source of warmth:

Put the Snuggle pillow without the sleeve in the microwave oven and heat for 30 seconds at 800 Watts max. Repeat this until you reach the desired temperature. Check if the Snuggle pillow isn’t too hot by holding it against the inside of your wrist.
Do not heat the Snuggle pillow for more than 1 minute in total
Always follow the user instructions for your microwave and be sure of the wattage per setting.
Put the Snuggle pillow on the rotating plate in the microwave, the plate should be able to turn freely. If your microwave does not have a rotating plate, you should turn over the Snuggle pillow half way through the designated time. It is also recommended to shake the Snuggle pillow while turning it over as to ensure even heating.
Take care to keep the Snuggle pillow away from any food deposits by placing it on a clean surface in your microwave.
The Snuggle pillow should feel warm, not hot!
Overheating can damage the Snuggle pillow.
After removing the Snuggle pillow from the microwave it may take a while before it feels warm. Please wait for about 60 seconds after removing it and then check the temperature of the Snuggle pillow to be sure it has cooled down enough before using it.
Do not heat the Snuggle pillow for more than 1 minute in a row and/or at too high a wattage, to avoid overheating.
Do not leave the Snuggle pillow unattended while heating.

The Noddles Snuggle pillow as a cold patch:
Put the Snuggle pillow in a clean freezer bag in the refrigerator or freezer (no longer than 45 minutes).

Storage:
Keep the Snuggle pillow in a cool and dry space and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Warning:

Never put the Snuggle pillow directly on the bare skin.
Do not use the Snuggle pillow if the skin is irritated or inflamed.
Do not heat the Snuggle pillow in a regular or convection oven.
Always check the temperature of the Snuggle pillow before using it.
The flax seed in the Snuggle pillow is a natural product and should not get wet. The sleeve can be washed, the pillow cannot. A slightly moist Snuggle pillow can be dried by putting it in a warm spot. If the Snuggle pillow is wet, it cannot be used anymore.
Do not use the Snuggle pillow with people/children/babies while they are sleeping.
Overheating and/or wear and tear make the Snuggle pillow unusable. The flax seed gets charred and will give off an unpleasant odor. The Snuggle pillow and/or the sleeve may also show singeing.
With babies only use the Snuggle pillow on the body and always under supervision.
Noddles cannot be hold accountable/liable for any damages as a result of improper use or not following the user instructions of the Cuddle pillow.
