Is there room to plug in something to the top outlet with this plugged in?
Yes, you can, but you would lose the use of one of its outlets. You would be better served to put it on the top and then you can easily plug something into the bottom outlet without losing any of the Multi Plugs outlets. Hope that made sense. Btw I love this thing and would buy it again.
So, if I use all 3 USB ports at the same time, I’ll get a charging speed of only 1.0 per port!?

Can it charge 3 pads at the same time?
Yes. But it won’t give them all a very fast charge. Depending on the iPad they typically need 2amps each to get a good charge. This will only give 1 amp to each device if you have them all being used. But if you use two USB ports each will get an amp and a half. If you use one USB port, you’ll get the fastest charge possible for the iPad.
If this is plugged into the lower socket of a wall plug, is the top socket still usable?
No, I do not believe the top socket will be accessible if this charger is placed in the bottom plug, not enough room. I have my plugin the top socket which makes my bottom plug accessible for use by other appliances.
Can you plug in first and Chromecast into the USB ports at the same time?
It just provides power so any two USB connections work, although they are close together so must be a simple USB plug-in.
Will this w ork with Samsung Tab S6 tablet?
I don’t’ have a Samsung tablet but I do use it to charge my Compaq CT101 tablet and HP laptop and it works fine.
Can you put 2 of these in one wall outlet?

Can this device use usb3.0 power a wall outlet port, so I can use my backup battery to charge my drone batteries?
Not sure but I use it to charge my iPad and our security cameras and my granddaughters plug both their phones in at the same time hope this helped
Can this be used on surge protector strips?
Yes if there is room on the strip for the plug and the strip accepts a 3-pronged plug.
Can you use this with a GFI outlet?
Sure but that does mean everything plugged into it which means more possible ways to trip but I have it in my GFI in the bathroom and works fine.
Will this work on Royal Caribbean cruise ships? Cruising next month & thinking of buying this one.

Is the right-side grounding plug facing up or down?
The plugs rotate around the box and non of them face up or down, look at the picture shown in add.
Does this protect against surges at home?
No, it does NOT. There are other ones you can buy that do have surge protection.
Can this be used for constant power use? I plan on using this to plug in another outlet that has my Xbox, apple tv, and tv. can this handle all that?
Yes, the wall outlets can handle them but we suggest it is better to check the specification of the USB wall charger and your device before you use any electronics.
Is it compatible with Note 10 Plus?
YES! USB ports are compatible with anything that can plug into a USB port! If you use only one USB port on this device, it will give you up to 2.4 amps. This might possibly not give your Note 10 fast charging but it will at least get 2amps which is very decent.
Can it be used outdoors? Is it waterproof?
Nope, it is not waterproof.
